Easytruck began as a simple trucking service allowing customers to move up to three large items for AED 495. Literally a man & a van service, Easytruck appeared on the moving market. However we quickly discovered that the real demand was in providing a full scale premium moving service. So we scaled up, hired the best movers in the business and focused on delivering exceptional customer service and refining our signature “stress-free move”
I received an offer letter and signed contract from EasyTruck. Based on this, I resigned from my stable job of 4+ years. One week before my notice period ended, they informed me they could no longer hire me, with no explanation or compensation. I kept emailing them, asking for clarification, even the CEO, but I was bluntly ignored. This left me unemployed with no income, despite acting in good faith on their written offer. I would caution anyone considering joining this company to be very careful. Get everything in writing and have a backup plan. I have all documentation to support this review.
