When my fixed bridge first became detached, I visited a dental clinic in the Philippines. The dentist thoroughly cleaned both the bridge and the two supporting teeth before reattaching it. As a result, the bridge remained securely in place for 18 years without any issues.
Recently, the bridge became detached again, so I visited Easy Dental Clinic. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the treatment I received. The dentist only cleaned the bridge before reattaching it and did not thoroughly clean or prepare the two supporting teeth. Compared to my previous experience, the procedure felt incomplete and did not inspire confidence in the long-term stability of the bridge.
In addition, I noticed excess cement left between the bridge and the adjacent tooth after the procedure. This caused discomfort and gave the impression that the treatment had not been completed with sufficient care and attention to detail.
Given Dubai’s reputation for high standards in dental care, I expected a more thorough and professional procedure. I believe the bridge, the supporting teeth, and the surrounding area should have been properly cleaned and prepared before re-cementing the bridge to ensure a secure fit and long-lasting result. My previous experience demonstrated the importance of this level of care, which is why I was disappointed that the same standard was not followed during my recent visit.
I went to Easy Dental Clinic and did a tooth filling. My experience was the worst. I had my consultation and I had few tooth that needs to be filled. I decided to do both of my wisdom teeth. The Doctor did for both I was just shocked she did it only within like 10-15mins. I paid and went home when I checked both teeth the last wisdom tooth was drilled and put the filling but not totally close or sealed and the other wisdom tooth was drilled but not clean. The Doctor just put the filling without removing the plaque and the worst thing is she connected both of my wisdom teeth now I’m having problem how am I going to use dental floss. I am really not satisfied I didnt came back because I have work already.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Dr. Swathy during my recent tooth extraction. I visited her for the extraction of my upper front tooth, but she ended up breaking it and, without informing me, left a piece of the root inside my gum.
After the extraction, she took an X-ray and assured me that nothing was left behind. However, three days later, I discovered that a part of the root was still there. When I confronted her about it, she initially denied it and claimed it was just bone. Later, after I left the clinic, she called me and admitted that a small piece of the root remained. Shockingly, she told me that she could not remove it and that I would need to undergo surgery elsewhere at my own expense.
I had already paid AED 250 for the extraction, plus additional costs for medication, only to be told later that I would need another procedure to fix her mistake. To make matters worse, when I requested my X-rays to consult another doctor, she claimed they had been deleted from the system.
This experience has caused me unnecessary pain, stress, and additional financial burden. Patients trust their doctors to provide proper care, and this level of negligence is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to think twice before seeking treatment from Dr. Swathy.

There is asian guy he can leave you standing front of him talk in phone in his language i think its tagalog . he will not even say one second please i will be with you no he will act that you not exist lol.
