They are just middle man or like an agency but regardless when you accept a client and when you asked them for an advance and they paid you have to make sure ou deliver. we waited almost an hour to be on the boat. turns out they did not inform the owner and the staff of the boat ahead of time. nothing was prepared. when we get in the boat, that is when the staff started buying the things we requested. arranging and cleaning the boat itself. we can even see the owner yelling and telling off the staff. it was very unprofessional and traumatic. we felt bad for the indian staff who said she is the manager of the boat. and she admitted that they were unprepared because they went fishing that morning. this agency did not tell them the itinerary. the activities. nothing. careful of this company. we paid almost 10K AED for a horrible service. my fault i think should have sticked with the big and reputable yacht company around.
The prices of the yachts provided by this company are inexpensive. Also, their quality is extremely perfect!
