As a tourist I am very disappointed with the way the ladies beach operates they charge an extortionate fee of 195aed even on the day when the pools are not accessible neither do they offer complimentary water at the beach whereas all other beaches offer complimentary water to all its customers on top of that when I asked for an extra towel on top of the two that had been given to me already they refused and said I was only allowed to have two which was not communicated to me from the start I was left with no clean towel to take a shower with, I did request and they kept refuting furthermore as I went into take a shower the water burnt my skin as there was no cold water working in that particular shower as a guest we are offered poor facilities and therefore suggest that you find an alternative beach to go to your better off covering as an hijabi than going to that beach Also when relaxing you will be disturbed to be forced to order their food they have a greed for money even after repeatedly saying no they kept constantly coming to everyone continously clearly theres a greed of money they woke me up whilst I was resting in the sun. I should get a full refund.
I met Amal couple years ago when I joined the club. Any queries or request I have her she responds right away on whatsup even when she’s at home away from work . Efficient kind nice always eager to help. Most employees are nice and friendly but Amal beats them all! Keep smiling Amal!
The are a lot of crows on the beach . They steal food right out from your hand . Sometimes they grab personal staff from bag ….. It’s quite expensive club and membership or entrance not cheap to have such annoying things
