This place is not a place to choose by any retailer. All procedures are in favor of them and feels like target certain retailers and favor others to get some advantages for employees
We often visit the Mall and we absolutely love it . It has everything you need , variety of shops , restaurants and cafes. Is very clean and never too busy during weekdays. We always enjoy a day out over there . I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Dubai to visit The Dubai hill mall.

Yesterday I lost my car and the security ( Fredrerick ) it was so kind and useful he looked in all car park and find my car that was not visible . Really appreciate the security system

Indecent attire worn by visitors
Malls are becoming increasingly non-family friendly due to visitors being inappropriately dressed. Despite signs on the mall doors requesting modest clothing, some women are better dressed for the beach than the mall. Security guards do nothing and management say “we do have signs on the doors”. Thats their response!

Someone working there named Khabbab was able to have a talk with a security and help another person while we just asked him to help us. He then proceeded to take a phone call and only then could he help us. We even told him we were in a rush. This is just unacceptable. I don’t recommend going to Claire’s it is just overpriced and bad quality. I recommend going to bizou instead. Cheaper and better quality. In Claire’s, I have had stuff break in store and an hour after wearing them. I always try by exchanging them with new ones or get a refund
The mall itself was our favourite however management are horrible. Our AirPods Pro 2 were stolen and the management refused to help. Even now we see the AirPods going from staff accommodation at night to the mall food court everyday using the find my app yet mall management still do not care! If they are happy to have thieves working for them without any repercussions then great!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to report an unsettling incident that took place at your mall in the HNM store with an employee named shiela, last evening. She has a heightened attitude problem, was rude, impolite and called me and my friend a “Liar” in a rather loud tone, snatched the item ( baby shoes) out of my hand to check the size for me and then was telling me the wrong size and has the audacity to tell me that “Can’t you see” pointing to their size chart. She walked away mid conversation and made disrespectful hand gestures (HnM needs to seriously rework their hiring system).
I am offended with the way I was handled by her. When I asked for a senior manager, she said she was the “store manager” at the branch and there is no one senior than her to speak with ( obviously she was not the store manager and we did find another senior staff member to speak to) Such etiquette and conduct as a service industry professional is absolutely displeasing and unappealing.
I am shocked at the experience I had at a premium mall like Dubai hills by Emaar (this was my first visit) , Looking forward to speak with some one form your organization to discuss my grievance. However, you must know how poorly your customers are being treated by your appointed brands/staff.
