To the owner of the center,
I would like to inform you that I opened driving license files for several clients on the understanding that they would complete their training and exams in the shortest possible time. My friends were scammed at a high price, and the problem is that they are demanding exorbitant sums from clients. There are three employees involved: the first is Salim, the marketing manager; the second is Aref, his assistant; and the third is Hassan in human resources, who covers up their unjustified activities. I urge you to impose the strictest penalties on them because they are forging Gulf and European driving licenses to open these files. I have informed you of this on Monday and will report them to the Roads and Transport Authority.
They must be dismissed immediately.

well, I started my journey through this institute about a 1and a half month before and here I am with my license in my hand in the very first attempt.
it’s a good school with qualified trainers especially my trainer Mr. Raja Zubair Banaras, a very cooperative instructor with lots of knowledge and is keen to help students through their tenure. he is a professional teacher with a good sense of humor and also is like a big brother. His teachings are effective and easily to get along with.
I got my license in just 45 days in the first go.
I will recommend everyone to come and learn and have your license with these teachers

final road test at ddc

genuinely take my advice and do not go to this centre, like really whatever u do just avoid going to ddc.. they are super unfair when it comes to driving tests and they will literally fail you for anything you do, ive been retaking the driving test this is my 4th attempt now and they keep failing me for stupid reasons each time, they’re supposed to judge my driving skills on the road but instead the examiner says something like ”you stopped at the roundabout for long”, well no shit it wasnt safe why would i go if it isnt safe? or something like ”driving too slow” when there was literally a car stuck to my blind spot and a truck infront of me (i cant do anything about it), and the service is horrible they’re rude and they only care about money, there was this one lady that works there shes just so rude she only cares about my payment and doesnt listen to anything i say and treats me like im stupid or something. they even lied to me about weekend slots and told me to call a number that hasnt even answered me once until now, very irresponsive i just heavily heavily dont reccomend this place, just please avoid. im 9k dirhams down i have the lowest package and i dont know how to feel anymore.

“I’m grateful to Dubai Driving Centre for helping me obtain my driver’s license. The instructors and accounts team were professional (except for the branch manager), and I successfully passed my final test. However, there were a few issues: a minor booking error on their end required me to take additional dummy classes, costing me an extra 252 AED. On another occasion, I arrived on time for a booked class, only to find my instructor absent, forcing a cancellation. Due to scheduling delays, my next available class was a week later. While everything worked out in the end, I hope management improves their system to prevent such issues for future students. Overall, it was a good experience, but better communication regarding fees and scheduling would enhance it further.”

NONSENSE, WASTE OF MONEY. Very bad experience all they want is take money from you. I paid full amount for single attempt class, they failed in first assessment test, okay accepted. But when I went for 2nd assessment the supervisor clearly told me when you come next time then I will pass you and this time I wont pass you, so ofcourse they want to loot you and complete their target of 7-8k aed. Complete waste. Also the instructor for classes dont guide you at all. The instructors I got the first one used to be on phone all the times and the second one didnt speak a word, like even if i went into garbage dump he wont correct me.

I really do regret, i choose this school. Dubai Driving Center, hoping it serves as a wake-up call both for the management and for others considering this school. About Assessment

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Dubai Driving Center, hoping it serves as a wake-up call both for the management and for others considering this school.

From the beginning, the training felt disorganized. I had multiple instructors throughout my learning process, and each of them had completely different teaching methods and instructions. One would say “do this,” and the next would correct me for doing exactly that. There’s no consistency, and that confusion directly impacts your confidence as a learner.

The most frustrating part, however, was the assessment process. It’s almost as if you’re set up to fail. The examiner marked me down with minor and major faults that were never discussed during my lessons. Some of them didn’t even make sense. I was told I failed for things I wasn’t made aware of during the training — which only highlights the lack of coordination between instructors and examiners.

It feels like a money-making system rather than a proper educational environment. For something as important as learning how to drive safely and responsibly, the school should be aligned internally, with accurate, consistent training and fair, transparent assessments.

Regretfully, I do not recommend this school. I genuinely regret starting my driving journey with Dubai Driving Center. If you’re reading this and still have options, I suggest looking into other schools that value student growth and consistency.

I just received my driver’s license today, i took it in the jumeira port rashid branch. I passed it first try!!! All thanks to the great teaching and cooperation from my best instructor sumayya, she’s been very friendly and supportive and helpful through out all of it!! Instructors – Feedback

My rating was based on the Instructor feedback.

Price, Scheduling – all those operational category was okay.

They should have a System to ‘Rate’ the Instructor after every class, Like careem have a option after every ride,
Mainly on too much of Mobile usage during Training and Blaming for mistakes instead of correcting it and unprofessional treatment.

Of course, it is not applicable for All the Instructors, its depends. yes, few are exceptionally good.
Some are only the frequent mobile users, sending voice note on whats app entire period and giving the Instruction in last minute and not sharing the feedback properly, Some are just using the students for their stress buster.

But on Average out of 5, unfortunately this center has 4 in this category based on my experience.

Mostly they will come after 10 mins of the allocated slot, So moving out of the center itself will taken 20 mins and before 5 mins car should be inside driving institute. So hardly 30 to 35 mins you will spend on Road.

if my slot starts at 9, they are there at 8.40 and chatting with friend roaming around the parking area and going for smoke at 9, by that time few of cars are already moving for training and coming at 9.10, come on, more than 90% in this category.

It is entirely Luck for the beginners to get the proper trainer. more than 80% you may not end up with the right hands, it will lead to no of attempts in the assessments. Both waste of time and Money and Energy. Taking no of classes is fine, But with this Instructors quality it is waste of time. This classes don’t solve the purpose.

There is no point of getting the feedback ONLY in assessment. Instead of getting it from the Instructors who were spending more time on Road during classes…

Lot of rooms for Improvement towards Instructors Quality.

if someone asks, I don’t recommend this Institute. Unless, they have enough time to Spend and they can go with the Unlimited contract and Staying in near by location and Mainly doesn’t keep any expectations with Instructor way of communication.

I could have given 5 Start, in case if I was lucky enough to have a Good Instructor, All the best …

Today morning at 750am I came across a very aggressive trainer. He did not let me turn even when I was having my right indicator on. He was a road rage example. He put other driver’s in danger and also his. So sad, he was driving a training school car with it’s board on roof and it’s name it’s contact number. Training car number was 886. I hope strict action is taken against this person who was driving so recklessly. As a training school teaching people to drive he surely was a bad example. For sure I will not refer no one to go to your school. I request the management to take strict action against such staff from your driving school. Thanks

Thank you Dubai driving center for the process. The customer service is good starting from the registration with Lubna in al yalayis center. She was so helpful from the beginning till the end. The process took overall one month. There was availability quickly to book the classes and all the employees were friendly. BAD SERVICE

please do not use this school at all. their staffs are super rude, they are not listening to your request. they are not helpful, after you make a payment they are not even sort out your issues.
I have tried to see the manager and even the manager did not help me properly. And they keep passing you to different person and nobody answer you.
I am fully suggest to not use this organization because they are not customer friendly at all. they do not care if you have any problems and Their Employees do not act professionally
they keep failing you without give any reason, therefore you go back pay extra fees to get another final exam each time someone fails she have to pay 900 AED and they do this to insist you to pay for the vip which you won’t have these problem.
please be careful about this institution, there are many more professional cheaper better schools available.

Impossible to book assessment. Nobody answers the call.

Dubai Driving School does their marketing really well if you approach them but after you’ve bought their services, It’s basically impossible to reach them on a call. Their Employees have unnecessary attitude and to get an internal assessment done, you have to wait for weeks.
There are cheaper better schools available, kindly do not go to their services.

Please anyone trying to get a licence avoid these people and avoid a guy called wael Rammah he is one of the broker that bring people to get their license from this school he takes the money from you and doesn’t pay the fees of some test he pays some and keep the rest for him the school do know about it but as long as he is bringing clients to the school they don’t care , the trainer there some of them are fine and try to help you to learn and some just don’t care they don’t teach you they don’t show tricks at all but year if you bring them food or gifts then they do some of them even ask for lunch during their duty pretending that they are teaching your during the road classes suddenly they ask you to stop to a close by restaurant to buy food for them and if you ignore that class your are doing with them would useless you won’t learn anything RTA ladies that work there are so unprofessional racist they even shout at you during the final rta test making you even more nervous intentially to do Mistakes so they can fail and you go back pay extra fees to get another final exam each time someone fails he has to pay 900 aed and you course if you pay for the vip you won’t have these problem if you pay for the normal one be prepared that you will fail and pay as if you have paid for the VIP a total scam

It was an amazing experience I had since beginning coz am blessed my first experience was with one of the greatest lady Ms. Lubna at Alyalayis business center the first phone conversation gave the biggest hope to get my driving license! She’s an amazing girl and she did help me a lot from beginning even she went further far she’s so kind and honest! She did arrange everything for me till I started my class and she gave me good advice with big motivation I was listening to her and follow her advice which went well and I did pass all exams first attempt and I got my driving license so quick! I took only 10class coz I have back home driving license it’s cost me only 3500aed am so blessed and grateful to meet her! DDC should pride to have such employees! Rude behavior

I would like to file an official complaint against one of your employees. I believe you have right to know what kind of people are working for you and how negatively they affect your business. This is not the kind of treatment people would expect from a prestigious organization like yours.
Many times I visited your Dip branch. One of your employees from the scheduling department, MR. Mehmood behavior is very bad, he always shouts at me and shows a bad attitude, always he is using his cell phone I just tell him I want to book some classes and he shouts to sit down and he continue using his phone.
I’m confident that you agree with me that such behavior is totally unacceptable under any circumstances. I’m reluctant to have any kind of business with your company in the future and I really do hope that you will take all the necessary precautions to ensure that such incidents do not happen again with other customers. This is just not good for your image and your reputation.

I opened the limited contract file in Al quoz branch with the wrong information given at the initial date.
And when I went to talk to the branch manager he was just walking through without even listening to grievances of the student. Anyhow other day I booked my rta test and when I went to ask from my side that I want to do the payment after booking the classes,the finance guy Mohd.Raffi just cancelled my classes without even listening to me which is totally unprofessional as I was the one who went to him for the payment.
But the instructor Mohd asad Javed supported me in my driving and giving his ideas to get the license in 1st attempt.

Least customer-centric organization I have ever come across!

Not sure how they fare against other driving schools. But, they are so bad that I would recommend you focus on earning enough money to have a car with a driver and never require a license. You probably will be left with the same amount of money at the end of the day.
