Drs. Nicolas & Asp was founded by Dr. Nicolas who first established his small private practice in 1991 at the now famous DNATA building in Deira, Dubai. It was at this location that the practice quickly established itself as a leading Dental Practice with a reputation for providing the very best treatments in a safe and sterile environment where patients could feel comfortable and relaxed, were unrivaled at the time.
In 1994 Dr. Nicolas found himself unable to keep up with the demand for his services and was encouraged by patients and friends to look for larger premises. Somewhere that could take him nearer to realizing his goal of, eventually becoming the Largest Private Dental Health Care Provider in the U.A.E.
At this time two other prominent Swedish Dentists were looking to return to the Middle East having practiced General Dentistry previously for three years in Dubai. Husband and wife team Dr. Sven & Joan Asp, who were already highly regarded by their professional colleagues and members of their own community and shared the same standards and visions, returned to join Dr. Nicolas at his new premises back then, a small but ideally situated villa at the heart of Jumeirah.

I have been using this dental practice for many years, but I have only just discovered they offer physio as well! After recently experiencing severe pain and ruling out dental issues, I was referred to Dr. Nagham (Physiotherapist). Even after the first consultation I felt the pain relief and was given some good exercises to do at home. I have only had 2 sessions so far but can really feel the difference already.

Upon a vaccine appointment for my child in Dr Nicolas & Asp Springs Souq we found some administrative issues with our insurance. The front office rep was very kind and helpful to us the best way she could. We asked to speak to the doctor as certain decisions couldn’t be made by the front desk rep. We requested the vaccines be administered as usual by the nurses without having to pay for a doctors consultation on top (vaccine is 400aed and consultatin is 570aed). The doctor Liliana refused to come out to communicate with us, despite the clinic being completly empty and despite us having made a appointment. The front desk rep first said the Dr was on the phone and later after we waited 25 minutes in the waiting room she said that if we want to communicate with the doctor in any way we must pay for a doctors consultation… We left the clinic upset and went to Mediclinic instead where the consultation before a vaccination was free of charge.

I just got my braces off and I am so happy! Dr Stephanie was super nice in my whole journey and I couldn’t have had a better doctor! I’m so impressed and so happy!
Although it’s just a tad bit overpriced but it’s definitely worth it!

I visited Dr Hendrik last Sunday .
As usual treatment is the best I ever experienced.
As a surprise, I learnt that he is made redundant…
I am so disappointed as in entire UAE he is the only one using EMS Tower Airflow from Switzerland which is amazing.
While trying to make my last appointment, I was told that they would call me back as Dr Hendrik’s agenda was not visible… As nobody called back ??? I contacted you again and you proposed other doctors… while asking if they would also use the EMS Tower airflow they could not give me an answer. So unprofessional…
I know that the others will not be using EMS as the Tower belongs to Dr Hendrik.
Why not informing your loyal customers? Why hiding all these informations and proposing treatments to your clients which will definitely not be the same rather than promoting this very special feature in order to attract new customers?
So so disappointed and seriously consider to find another clinic.
BTW maybe better to concentrate on your wifi which is never working!
Is this the way your new management is going to treat us? Hiding? Telling us nonsense?
As going forward, you might have to reconsider your decisions.
Good reputation might get harmed very quickly.
