Unprofessional and unresponsive

Very unprofessional and highly unresponsive.

I have been waiting for three weeks for my deposit to be returned, only to be told that they have no record of it in their system. This points to serious deficiencies in their internal administrative processes. Errors are made, and when issues arise—especially those with potential legal implications—there is little to no accountability or communication. Even simple client inquiries go unanswered.

At a minimum, there should be an effort to treat clients with the same level of respect, transparency, and responsiveness that one would expect in return.

Rude and unprofessional agent Amel Labidi

Absolutely the worst experience from the rudest agent Amel Labidi, who was sarcastic to me and told me never to get in touch with them again because I wanted to offer market price which is below ask on an apartment that has not moved due to overpricing by double for 4 years of which one year with this agent. The apartment was increased even further while with this agent so I inquired if seller would accept the higher end of the market price. Instead of civil discourse, she responded with appalling attitude so unprofessional and uncivilized, telling me not to contact them again. Is this how you treat cash buyers? The hostility, sarcasm, unprofessionalism is exactly why the property has not moved.

Forgotten About

I am living in Bay Square.

For the past 3 months (June 20th is when I first inquired about this), I have been trying to get two of your agents (Mohammed Galal and Kajal are their names I believe) to help us locate and/or replace the second access card to our floor in the building. We moved in in June and they assured us the card would be located and replaced if needs be. We have had to arrange with each other to meet downstairs to come up the elevator together for 3 months!! I also highlighted to the agent that there is a leak and a problem with the pipes. But the approval for the plumber to complete the job has yet to be approved by the agent.

Wednesday 3 weeks ago, after work I called into the agency, the agent took my number and assured me the issues would be rectified the following day. Anytime I make contact and plead with them to help us, empty promises are made. Basically as soon as they received their commission they do not want to hear from us We really don’t know what to do, other than contact the Dubai Land Department to aid us with the lack of professionalism.
