To be honest, the way I thought was that all they wanted was money. Everyone failed more than 3 times under false pretenses and charged money. The trainers practice one thing, the examiners say it is wrong and fail. Who is right in this? They steal the money we earn with our hard work. This will never be good for your institution. I will not allow anyone I know to come to your institution.

Bad behaviour

the transport in-charge misbehaved with a staff member in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Instead of handling the situation with maturity and proper communication, he chose to verbally abuse and then forcefully drop the staff member out of the van, leaving him stranded without proper reason or explanation.

Such conduct is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the transport department. No staff member deserves to be treated with such disrespect, especially in a work environment that should be built on cooperation and mutual respect.

I took my license from Drive Dubai. I was so happy with the service that I asked my husband as well to go for the same institute and referred many others.
But it was so unfortunate that when cost of getting IDP is around aed 177, Drive Dubai charged me 262.5dhs.

Today I cleared my RTA and really thankful to Mr. Mansoor sir my favorite and one of the best instructor in drive dubai , today I have passed only because of his effort and honest effort to help a student like me and Mr Ashraf sir who teaches very carefully how to drive the car when I have zero driving experience, these are the professional instructor in drive dubai.
Most inefficient and waste instructor is Mr Suresh who don’t know how to build confidence of a student and always damages the confidence. Also one male gye little healty person i dont know his name is most professional behaviour who never scheduled class according to the preference of the student.
Anyway I would like to thanks drive dubai and Mansoor and Ashraf sir for teaching me how to drive .

I had really great advice and help from Ali Abbas in the call centre when I was unable to secure bookings for my daughter . He listened to my issues and was so kind. He promised to help me and then did what he said he said he would. When my daughter passed her road test he came down to personally congratulate her. First and foremost, I want to give a special shoutout to my instructor, Mr. Basheer Biyanapattammal. His guidance and mentorship were invaluable throughout my journey. His patience, knowledge, and unwavering support helped me navigate the complexities of driving in the UAE and pass my both RTA smart yard test and road test on the first attempt. Mr. Biyanapattammal’s teaching style truly sets him apart, and I am grateful for the privilege of being his student.

I must also extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Shaharzad and Mr. Noor, who went above and beyond to assist me during the challenging refreshment classes before the yard test. They braved scorching temperatures, reaching up to 45 degrees Celsius, to provide us with crucial instructions and support. Their dedication to helping students succeed is truly commendable.

I enrolled with the institute through a referral who told me the service is good.
From day 1 to the final test the whole staff have been so helpful.
Kamran is JVC office is very supportive and responds very quickly to calls &messages.

The instructor , Mr Thariq is a really good teacher and a nice gentleman. Very patient snd attentive.

Overall institute is customer oriented. They even provide a shuttle service for students.

Highly recommended.

Recommended but needs a lot of improvement with Customer Service

I have to say, I am pretty disappointed in the customer service I received at the JVC branch of Drive Dubai.

The instructors were great and helpful—they all had a positive attitude and made sure to go over the material again if we didn’t understand something. But when it came time for me to take my tests, I was pretty underwhelmed by the way I was treated by some of their employees.

However, one thing I noticed is that when I went to the customer service area instead of greeting me with smiles they were just staring blankly and talking like I owed them something. This happened to me twice: once when I failed my parking test and again after failing a RTA test.

When I went there after failing my parking test, they took a while not even looking at me and accommodating you properly—and just bluntly NO you can’t.

I am not sure if this is the norm for your company or not, but I must say that my experience in the CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA was extremely frustrating. All of the employees were Arabic, so I was not sure if it was their nature or if they were taught to treat people differently, but they did not smile once during our interaction. I have worked for 5 years as a supervisor in customer service, and I can assure you that I will treat all customers equally regardless of their status.

A highly recommended driving school and the process was very fast, starting from the registration which really assisted in allocating the classes without fail and the team was a very attentive, and very professional driver who was my first teacher MR. PIAVEE BADSHAH was patiently guide me, and after passing RTA parking test in my last 04 hrs of independent classes with another professional driver MR. MOHAN SINGH guide me with every single point which I should do during the RTA road assessment which I PASS in the first attempt.
And pick up and drop off were included with my package and the bus driver also really did a good job as his time management was excellent.

Overall I liked my experience with Drive Dubai/DIP branch (although spent a lot)! From the administration perspective, Vikas was very helpful in scheduling my appointments at my convenience, with prompt feedback and easy/flexible adjustments. Islam Anwar is highly recommended as a patient, very easygoing in terms of explanation and instructions and a highly competent driving instructor. Thank you Islam Anwar for all of your guidance! Special thanks to all his colleagues in the smart yard, as they were very supportive when it came to the point of my several failures in “the one and only garage parking” :) With all good said there is also a big minus that I’d like to highlight, perhaps it will bring an idea to think of: the parking training classes were only avaibale in evenings which made the training yard always occupied/crowded to the extent that there is a need to wait for a parking slot to train at, noting that classes are not long it is not fun to waste time on waiting for your turn at the parking/training slot. I had to take night classes to train in peace without rushing. Perhaps it would’ve been good to introduce morning parking classes as well?! The good thing though, is that by the time I got my driving licence I’ve noticed that the parking yard has been extended with more training slots – it should surely help…Last but not least, I want to highlight my RTA examiner, Mansour. Thanks to his friendly attitude and great personality there were no mental barriers to pass the final test. Thank you DriveDubai!

Rude behavior while talking

My experience with Drive Dubai was worst. Especially from administration side.
From the moment that I signed up until my very last task, which was the RTA final test, they were not supportive, will not got proper appointments and coordination.
But instructor was very helpful, besides an amazing instructor he is also a very kind human being that will make you feel relaxed during your classes
It took me about more 9 months to reach my final RTA road test due to the lagging from Drive Dubai Side. Giving a cls aftr 2 months worst n worst driving school I evr seen
