Dre Homes never pay the commission to their agents. It maybe good for clients but for employees it’s the worst company. Higher management keeps dragging you down and never gives you your hard earned commission.
The agency is run by exploiting their clients and employees alike. When it comes to clients, they offer kickbacks (which is illegal) which is never paid. They offer best units during launches, but book any random unit available and trap the clients to either pay for the unit or forego their booking amount(EOI). With regards to post sale services, they do not even bother to help the clients.
With respect to their employees, they are not paid their salary/ commission on time. They keep huge amounts of commission on hold and force the employees to quit the organization by foregoing their commission. They deduct the amount of insurance premium from the commission (1st ever commission payment to be precise). They do not spend on marketing and make sure the employees are forced to do cold calling and work till late hours like 8pm in the night. They give silly excuses to delay the payments to the agents. They appoint new managers every 2 quarters and once the team is functional simply fire the managers. They do not follow any of the labour laws or mandates of the UAE government.
