Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I rented a car from this company, but they are delaying my security deposit for over two months and still not given yet.After multiple excuses and follow-ups, they issued me a cheque that is bounced — which is not just unprofessional, but illegal.
I came to know that they have lot of legal issues and most of the people are complaining regarding the deposits and their office is closed most of the time. Now iam waiting to collect the returned cheque and file the police complaint and also report this to federal tax authority as they have not issued me the tax invoices on time as well before.
Avoid this company completely. They will not return your deposit unless you take legal action, and they keep making false promises just to delay things. Don’t believe their excuses — they are not trustworthy. If you rent from them, be prepared to fight for your money. Save yourself the stress and go to a legitimate rental company instead.

Generally everything is OK till you will pick off your car. Forget about getting back your money you paid as deposit (1500AED). They are not reliable. They will give you thousands of reasons not to refund your deposit. In my opinion this is a kind of well planned methods of operetion. Imagine yourself – 100 deceived customers × 1500AED = 150 000 AED… quite lot of money… If you have any problem with recovering your deposit – you should contact with ded.ae – don’t hesitate to do it, they will help you!
I rented a car with these people in November 2023 for a week. The initial service was good all via WhatsApp. Was promised that I would get my 1500 AED deposit back. I have messaged them multiple times to which they replied that I would get it back but since 12th January they are ignoring my calls and messages to request my deposit back. They have stolen over £300 (1500AED). I visit Dubai regularly and needed a reliable company I can use but my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THEIVES AND DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH THEY SOUND RELIABLE AND HONEST.

I made the mistake of using these people for a 3 day hire. They charged me a deposit which they have failed to give back after 2 months now. They keep making excuse after excuse, and always need 2 more days. I have reported them to the police, and the consumer rights. They are Scammers, unprofessional and a tin pot company. Fortunately I have some people in Dubai who can chase these guys up, but these guys are giving them the runaround too. AVOID AVOID AVOID. There are many other companies out there – choose someone else. I can only assume the other reviews are fake. I have all the documentation evidence to prove they lied. I have never experienced a better premium car rental service than this. Excellent pricing and service, and a highly competent team. The vehicles were in good condition and enjoyable to drive. You won’t find a better place than this, I can assure you of that! Can’t wait to return to Dubai. The best car rental services are provided by Dubai Car Rental. One thing is that, in order to hire a car here, you must first deposit some cash; nevertheless, as soon as you return the song, the cash will be returned. The guys were really pleasant and caring.
1. When returned the car, they owed me some change. The guy in the counter said the amount has been adjusted against Salik. I told him I didn’t take Salim route. Oh he said the car is not clean without even checking. I let it go. 2. Car returned 10th December. Deposit refunded 3rd February after continuous follow up and almost filing the complaint to authorities. They said amount would be returned in 1 month time frame, I started following up on 18th Jan, every time the guy asked for 2 days and it went on.
PS: if you pay by credit card, they will charge 3% extra on rent plus deposit
