Non issuance of DHA sick leave certificate on time

Excellent doctors, but unfortunately the administrative service was very disappointing.

I paid for a DHA sick leave certificate and was assured that it would be issued on the same day. However, despite several follow-up calls, the certificate was not sent as promised. It was only issued after repeated emails and continuous follow-up from my side.

This unnecessary delay forced me to report to work while I was still unwell, causing significant inconvenience and stress. Furthermore, the payment made for the certificate was non-refundable.

While I appreciate the quality of care provided by the doctors, the handling of such an important document was highly unprofessional and lacked the urgency and responsibility expected from a healthcare facility.

I hope this issue is taken seriously and that measures are implemented to prevent similar experiences for other patients in the future.

Took my mother to the skin care doctor only just doing one single dressing on her finger was so expensive can’t believe ,,, secondly the billing department calling the way they insulting you for the overdue amount without any patience very bad experience ..

Called before com8ng for gp. Onreachung clinic we were told doctor is not allowed to prescribe medine. Really horrible experience as we had to travel, find parking then got shocked. Very poor service. No consideration for customer

Their unprofessionalism starts from the reception. No proper token system. To collect the report you have to take token and stay in the same queue of all. To show the report to the doctor you have be in same queue again for 1 hour. Really don’t understand how they are running a clinic.
