My interactions with your customer support representatives have been consistently subpar, marked by a lack of proper training and an alarming tendency to provide inaccurate information. It is disheartening to note that each time I seek assistance, I am met with misinformation, creating a sense of mistrust and frustration on my end.

The most concerning aspect of my experiences is the apparent lack of training among your representatives, as evidenced by the continual provision of incorrect information. This not only reflects poorly on the professionalism of the team but also raises questions about the competence and expertise of the customer support staff.

Furthermore, the interactions have consistently showcased a strong focus on financial aspects, leaving me with the impression that the primary concern is centered around monetary transactions rather than addressing the customer’s needs and concerns. This approach not only undermines the customer experience but also paints a picture of a company more interested in profit margins than in providing genuine assistance to its clients.

I believe that effective training and a customer-centric approach are fundamental to a successful customer service experience. Customer service, phone contact Centre and portal of the freezone is horriable

Company Registration is going smoothly in DMCC Freezone, however post licensing’s services are horrible. Portal is to much complicative and not client orientated – to many steps are there, on top of all portal has always technical mistakes, for example visa processing in this freezone is Nightmare … is only freezone what tells you to wait Entry permit up to 2 working weeks and Visa stamping up to 5 working days, and during this time you need to spend minimum 2 hours on the customer care phone line in the queue in order to speak with service operator who in reality doing nothing only telling you to wait and answer general robot answer. Freezone issued UAE Residential visa instead of 2 years for 1 year by its own mistake and we paid 5500 aed with vip stamping – when they complained – they dint review case for 1,5 month and than just simly regunded 700 AED and said we made you refund… they dont care that their client spend money to come to UAE and paid 5500 aed not for 1 year visa – now he must waste another 5500 aed to apply for visa next year – so visa for 2 years client must waste now 11000 aed for visa. No one cares for the client… honestly is not normal
