Good day. I have tried to receive an information from District One about my apartment (I call all the numbers and I have sent emails to everyone) but the customer service send emails only for payments, not to help owners to have the information that they must have. I never seen anything like this…. even when construction was blocked and I wrote to get updates, no one answered me. The phones indicated in the emails were disconnected and only when it comes to payment they answer you by email but if you ask for information, they disappear. if I had found the information in the contract I would not have bothered but it is not there and when I signed it I believed in the good faith of the seller. This situation is very sad since we are in Dubai and we expect more from the employees that works for this wonderful Country.

Good day.
