Clarification
With reference to my previous review of Dexol Sharjah branch, I would like to clearly the following:
Branch Manager, Mr. Jan is very kind, polite, good lisentner and cooperative. So my previous review was complain about one staff Mr. Waleed.
I did not find proper Dexol nternal channel to raise my complain, so I had to use social media and Websites. I want only to raise complain about one staff that does not mean dissatisfaction with Sharjah branch management.
I hope this clarification reaches to all concerns.

Can not fix the problem

Dear all,

After greeting,

It is complain about your staff called Waleed in Sharjah Br.

He is impolite and insult customer, last year I submitted my car which had gear problem within guarantee period.
He said there no problem in gear. but it was… Nissan workshop confirmed that was gear problem.
so the car submitted again to your branch but the gear problem came again for two time every 3000 Km .
The your Sharjah branch replaced the gear.
the replaced gear had same problem after 27000 km. so the car submitted to your sharjah branch for 4th times.
staff Waleed was impolite with me and told me ” my time is finished ” although I was at your branch at 7.25 pm, after we argued regarding cost.
your Sharjah branch failed to repair the gear for 4th time and requested me to pay AED 5000 this time, that I paid same amount last year and had gear problem every 3000km.
that means it was not only bad service but repair failure and impolite staff.
