    Extremely Disappointed!!

    I have booked with this company twice. The first time was amazing.
    This time was the worst ever!!!

    I booked and paid for a VIP Package for 6 people.
    The driver did not speak English,
    When we arrived at the first stop, he left us unattended for an hour and a half, He did not supply any drinks as he should have.
    I had to phone him to find out where he was.
    The Dune bashing was maybe a total of 10min and then we had a bit of sandboarding.

    When we got to the camp for the shows, we had to wait for another driver, we waited for about 20min to get to the camp.

    Then he tried to give us normal seating and asked me to pay an extra 50AED per per for the VIP seating.

    After the show we ended up waiting for about an hour and a half just to get a lift to get back to our car.

    This was the worst service ever!! And not worth the Money!!

    Very Unprofessional.
