Disappointing

It was planned to visit family- Sea and Palm Jumeirah Views Just Steps from the Beach 2BR, Sadaf 6 , JBR by Deluxe Holiday Homes

It is very disappointing that only part of the prepaid amount was refunded. We were really looking forward to traveling and spending time there with our family. We waited until the very last moment to see if the global situation and the circumstances in Dubai would improve, but unfortunately our flight was cancelled, which was completely beyond our control.

What makes this situation even more disappointing is that all the other services we had booked for this trip – even those that were officially non-refundable, were refunded to us in full. In such circumstances, we expected more understanding and flexibility from the apartment management. Unfortunately, the decision to return only a partial refund left a very negative impression.

Just wanted to warn others before booking.

If anyone is considering booking with Deluxe Holiday Homes in Dubai — seriously, think twice. We had nonstop issues from day one: toilets that didn’t flush, hot water running out after 10 minutes, electrical breakers tripping constantly, and a dishwasher that literally caused the power to blow. They replaced it with a used one that was also broken.

We had ONE access card for the whole family for weeks, and when we finally got a second one it didn’t work either. Their communication is a mess — every day you get a new rep who hasn’t read anything and just repeats the same questions.

The whole experience was stressful and honestly nothing like the “luxury” they advertise.

Holliday from hell

⭐ 1 Star – A Holiday from Hell with Deluxe Homes Dubai

Where do I even begin? We stayed with Deluxe Homes Dubai from the 3rd to the 12th of October, and it was honestly the worst holiday experience of our lives. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a complete nightmare from the moment we walked in.

We arrived tired and ready to unwind — only to find that our main bedroom shower was broken, with a gaping hole in it and a big old sign saying “Please do not use.” It clearly hadn’t just happened recently — it looked like it had been like that for weeks! So, we had no working shower, and were forced to share a tiny ensuite in my son’s room, waiting around every morning for him to finish so we could clean ourselves.

The problems just kept piling up:
• No curtains in my son’s bedroom.
• Broken lights in ours that we couldn’t turn off.
• Curtains in our bedroom that wouldn’t open properly.
• And then — the final straw — water started leaking through the ceiling!

Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent it living in a building site. On Monday, we had builders in the apartment all day, and when they finally left, they left dust, tools, and mess everywhere. Then the air conditioning men showed up at 10 PM, clattering around while we tried to rest. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse, we got phone calls at 11:30 PM and nearly midnight from the company. No peace, no privacy, no rest.

After five miserable days, they finally moved us to another apartment — but the nightmare didn’t stop there. Now that we’re home, they’ve decided to deduct money from our deposit, claiming we lost a car entry key from the new apartment.

Their idea of compensation? A laughable 500 dirhams, which wouldn’t even buy you a proper dinner in Dubai. This after we paid them over 8,100 dirhams for what can only be described as a holiday from hell.

Deluxe Homes Dubai should be ashamed of how they treat paying guests.
If you value your time, money, and sanity — stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.
Worst. Experience. Ever.

Disgustingly Dirty

Let me share my recent experience.

A Charming 1 Bedroom apartment is not charming after all. We booked for a 3nights stay.

This Charming 1BR apartment is in Bahar JBR.

Their picture in the booking website is really eye catching and very pleasant. When you book a hotel, the things you consider is pleasant, peaceful, convenient and comfortable.

Check in is at 2pm. We arrived at 3pm. When i called the customer service, i was told that the cleaning schedule is tight and their on their way.

But cmon, who will want to wait and stay in such kind of mess. Shame cannot share pictures in here.

We did not stay because we have a child with us and we cannot wait until who knows when. When i asked for a refund they refused and offer late check out instead. Like you want to leave already, so why keep you with the messy place.

What they couldve have done is to offer a another unit with the same price. It is around 2400 aed.

Shame. Realy shamefull. What a waste of money, time and energy.

So im not the only one who has experienced with Deluxe Holiday Home.

Lets be mindful next time while booking. Pictures in the booking site are not always true and correct.

I deeply regret my decision to stay at a property managed by Deluxe Holiday Homes. While the loft I rented for two months seemed promising, my experience with their customer service and ethics left me disappointed and appalled.

Upon moving out, I accidentally forgot an entire drawer containing my sportswear. Being an organized person, I know everything was neatly stored in one place. I promptly contacted the company and was told my belongings were in their lost and found department. However, when I went to collect them, five valuable items were missing, the most expensive and cherished pieces of my sportswear collection, which I had purchased from Italy.

Despite providing detailed descriptions, including the colors and brands of the missing items, the staff claimed that what they returned was all they found. It’s hard to believe this explanation, as the missing items were the most valuable in the collection. This raises serious questions about trust and security, especially from a company that charges premium prices for their accommodations.

I understand it was my mistake to forget my belongings, but I expected a well-known and reputed company to handle the situation with more professionalism and integrity. Instead, I was left with a sense of loss and betrayal.

I urge anyone considering Deluxe Holiday Homes to be cautious. My experience has taught me that their promises of high standards and reliable service fall far short when it truly matters. I will never stay with them again, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others.

Very bad experience with this company. They show you fake pictures of the property

I hope people read this and don’t make the same mistake I do.
They rented us a villa in the Palm jumeirah. The villa looked nice in the pictures but in real live was a disaster. Dirty, everything broke, nothing worked, pool was yellow and dirty. When we called the agency they were very rude. They didn’t even speak proper English. They kept us waiting days before sometime showed up. When we looked further we saw that this company has so many bad reviews but they remove the bad ones and make fake people make positive reviews. Please people watch out.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service we received from Deluxe Holiday Homes during our recent vacation in Dubai.

To say that our experience was unsatisfactory would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived at the property, it was clear that the reality did not match the expectations we had based on the booking information. The property did not resemble the appealing pictures we saw online, and it quickly became apparent that the quality did not align with the promised description.

Furthermore, the customer service we encountered during our stay was far from satisfactory. We encountered numerous issues with the property, ranging from cleanliness and maintenance problems to inadequate amenities that were promised in the listing. However, it was the attitude and responsiveness of your customer service team that profoundly disappointed us. We faced a complete lack of assistance when attempting to resolve these issues, and our concerns were met with indifference and disregard.

Our holiday, which was supposed to be a memorable and enjoyable experience, was instead marred by the subpar conditions and the poor service we received from Deluxe Holiday Homes. It deeply saddens me to say that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your company to anyone looking for accommodation in Dubai.

As customers, we place our trust in companies like yours to provide reliable and pleasant experiences. Regrettably, Deluxe Holiday Homes not only failed to fulfill its promises, but it also disregarded our concerns and provided an overall experience that fell well short of our expectations.

Feels like day light robbery

Would have given zero stars if I could, after the experience I’ve had. Service team forgot to inform the building about my check-in and I was left stranded after lengthy travel. After two hours of trying to show the building supervisor my reservation confirmation and full payment confirmation, I had no luck. At 2:30am I then checked into a different nearby hotel. After four days of trying to get some redressal from the Deluxe Holiday Homes team, their compensation was a late checkout; a complete mockery. I have been charged for the night I didn’t even stay at the apartment; I have been told it will not be refunded to me, let alone any compensation for the hassle and the expenses I had to incur for alternate accommodation in the early hours of the morning. Would definitely not use this company again. No empathy from the team and no proactive communication despite the horrendous experience.

It is an utter disappointment and really a bad experience for us. We booked a villa at the palm and their lots of maintenance issue. But there lots of issues especially with the A/c’s, lights, cooking range etc. The worst part is no one is bothered to answer our calls. We continuously called them but no answer at all. It was horrifying experience.
Please don’t choose Delux holiday homes and ruin your holiday.

Rental Experience with Villa on Palm Jumeirah

A single disappointment!!! The only thing that is “Magnificent” about this villa is the ignorance with which the rental agency treats more than justified complaints and obvious defects that we have documented in writing and with photos and videos already on the 1st day of arrival.

No wonder that there were no pictures of the outdoor areas so important in dubai in the offer. The sunbeds and tables/seats were completely rotten, upholstery filthy and torn. No umbrella available and the beach area that belonged to the villa completely neglected with old broken chairs and rotten fishing nets.
As if what was not enough discomfort, the property and the entire property was besieged by more than 10 stray and feral cats….die already almost demonstratively all lie and seating furniture in seizure had. Accordingly, it smelled in the near environment. No place where you want your 10-month-old baby carefree crawling on the floor.

We have politely pointed out these considerable abuses several times and clearly communicated that we have to cancel the 10-day and very expensive rental period under these circumstances.
Our request for at least a partial refund of the costs for the reasons described was tiredly smiled at and consistently ignored. More than 18k euros pointlessly paid by us for a condition that would never have been expected in this form and which would certainly be seen by any reasonably experienced international guest with appropriate claim to a luxury villa on the palm just the same.

Because we find this complete ignorance of proven significant deficiencies simply brazen and impudent, and us here a significant economic damage has arisen, without any input from the rental agency we consider it our duty to subsequent guests to these abuses and to draw their own conclusions.
For us one of the most disappointing travel experiences we have had.

Terrible experience with Deluxe Home for Safi Apartment in Townsquare. Absolutely freezing and the ac for heating blows more cold air out. I have a little baby and had to buy a radiator. It’s boiling hot outside but freezing inside. There has to be a fault with the ac as it doesn’t make sense. Complained to Deluxe Homes so many times but the just go round and round in circles. The gas cuts off randomly too. No hot water for the kitchen sink. Had to wash things in the bathroom. Gaining access to the building was also a nightmare. The security will not allow the access cards to work because Deluxe Homes haven’t sent legal paperwork to NSHAMA for them to give authority to security to allow you stay. Every time I went out I would have to wait for security or enter with a delivery driver which is just unacceptable. Just an awful experience and they won’t give your money back either so you can’t move to find another place. Therefore, are stuck to stay in a place where the services aren’t working.

BEWARE !!! before giving your property to Deluxe Homes, twice they rented the property without reflecting it on the system and i only got to know because i requested an owner stay, and to my surprise there was a tenant already in the apartment. i tried to cancel the contract with them and they wanted me to HONOR the 3 months termination clause … the manager replied to my email 9 days later without 1 word of apology and still they did not cancel DTCM agreement so that i cannot use another company and threatened to take legal actions against me ! shocking Behavior !

Bad experience as landlord

I had very bad experience with Deluxe Homes. If you are landlord looking to short lease your apartment, I suggest you to stay very far from this company. Many issue in their operations (i.e., booking issues, complains from customers). I literally had to check every week what they were doing and provide them indications, to avoid mistaks. Once I decided that was enough and asked to terminate the contract, they become very hostile, refusing to handover the property in the right conditions (lamp broken that they wanted to replace with a cheap lamp, internet connection not close, broken items, etc..) and refused to pay the amount that was due. I hope the post can be helpful for people that are considering to give them the property for short-term lease. Do not do it, you will regret it big time.

We stayed in a villa in Palm with our family and very happy and satisfied with the service. The villa looked exactly as in the pictures sent to my husband. Terrible organisation

On November 2, 2021, I booked an apartment through Airbnb for 4 golfers for the period from January 5 to January 26, 2022 in Dubai at Deluxe Holiday Homes Dubai.

A nice apartment where the boys could stay perfectly for three weeks of training and a golf tournament in Dubal. At least that’s what it looked like on the Airbnb website

They arrived there on January 6th and when they arrived at the apartment it turned out to be an old Gibus mess, unlike the photos on the website and the description. Besides that it is very filthy and the front door cannot even be locked because there is no key to fit it. Furthermore, many of the daily items such as dishcloths, normal amount of cutlery, glasses, etc. are missing.
In particular, that the apartment is filthy (mold on the ceiling, dirty glasses, gunk on the walls, etc. It is of course a problem that it could not even be locked and therefore safety could not be guaranteed in any way. they had to put a bench in front of the door to barricade him. days to discuss until a suitable solution would be offered. Although they sent a cleaning crew to go through it with the French battle, the rest of the problem was still not solved. The apartment is in need of a thorough renovation instead of a cleaning. They also indicated that they would like to compensate us for the 1st days with a discount of 50%. But that was not the solution. It is just not at all what we order d and dirty and unsafe into the bargain. We therefore left after 1 night to another accommodation nearby.

I then submitted the problem to Airbnb, who thoroughly investigated the problem within 24 hours and solved it exceptionally correctly and gave us a decent refund. In short, a big compliment regarding Airbnb’s service, but a terrible experience regarding Deluxe Holiday Homes Dubai. Stay out of there.
