Now when I visited to evaluate the same they are deducting almost 35% value and even after this much deduction they aren’t willing to pay back cash or exchange in gold. I have sold them 42 grams of my gold jewellery abd they sell me a diamond set of 24gms against that without letting me know that their diamonds value get depreciate within first year to 15% and after 1st year it’ll depreciate to maximum 25% of the jewellery I bought. I tried to exchange that set with the gold jewellery and keep calling them for 1 and half week getting no response from them. According to their very rigid and incompetent policy I can’t exchange diamond with gold jewellery. There salesman wasn’t capable of telling me the value of diamond and making charges even after investigating again and again. Upon calling the customer service I came to know that there’s no fix making charges on that piece of jewellery. They are totally fraud please zave your money and font buy from them and there customer service is horrible.

let me tell you about my experience with Damas jewelry, last year my husband got me a full set of Lace collection but only after one week the bracelet was bent . ofcourse the Damas quality department said this doesn’t have to do with the quality of their collection!!!!! but this year my husband unfortunately made a big mistake going back to Damas again! he wanted to give me and my mom a mother daughter gift, so he got us two identical rings for the mother day from the Drop collection. we were very shocked because only the next morning the stone on my mom’s ring was detached! Just imagine!!!!!!! we got the rings and went to Damas and we wanted to refund or change them but the guy their assured us and promised that this is the first time that this happened with Drop collection , and they never had a problem like this before, and we believed him unfortunately again, he changed my mom’s ring with a new one and we went back. I sent an email to the quality department and they said they will check the problem and the quality. but no one came back to me ofcourse. and they said they can’t do anything for me if this problem happens again, this is how much Damas take responsibility for their gar….bage quality jewelries!!! yes it’s gar…..bage because I discovered that their employee’s promises were just lies because in a week the stone on my ring was detached and we had to take it back to fix , and yesterday the stone on my mom’s ring got detached again!!!! so you tell me please isn’t this gar….bage??????? maybe Drop collection were made only to keep on a shelf or in your drawer but it wasn’t meant to be used!!! My advice: if any one has a special occasion and wants a gift that lasts just go to any accessorie store and get something, believe me it’s trusted more than Damas quality ! I wish that my husband got us two accessorie rings, he would saved 5000 derhams, and at least we would be able to wear them!!!! Damas ruined our gift and our memory!!

Damas lace bracelet and bad customer service

I bought the latest Damas lace bangle from their Dubai mall location on 31/12/23 and it broke within 7 days of purchase. When I reached out to customer service, they said to bring it back when I visit UAE next. I live in the United States. And now they are not responding to emails when I requested an immediate action. Very disappointing quality of product for a so called luxury brand and bad/unresponsive customer support

I bought bangles from here and their polish has faded I hardly wore it and they told me that they will charge for polish. And to keep the bill for same. I bought it last year and obviously no one keeps the bill.bec we feel dmas is a good Quality and we do not want to change it. Soo rude staff. He said clearly that I should keep the bill. In malabar I never took bill for repair or polish they have a marking n they know their product. Pl call me 0522720710. I bought lot of jewelry from damas last year now I thk I did a mistake. Bec by wearing it only few times the polish has come out.

Today i visited damas jewellery store in All Bawabat al sharq mall the staff were not willing to attend us because we are 2 male customer when we asked them to show us ring they said we do not have 22k gold only 18k is available, we request them to show us they replied that we have to buy at least 5 pieces or products. They were just judging us by cloths. Very bad experience
