Inadequate service

I was very disappointed with the service. Communication between the conveyancer and estate agent was poor, and I was not given clear or timely information throughout the process.
A 6,000 AED outstanding bill was only raised the day before the planned transfer, which then caused the transfer to be cancelled. I am now 4 weeks from signing the Final Offer Letter and still have no NOC, no confirmed transfer date, and no clear explanation of exactly what is causing the delay.
The lack of updates, lack of clear information, and poor coordination have made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. For a property purchase, I expected much better communication, organisation, and accountability.

After agreeing price and contract review the agent let to another party

Absolutely disgusted with the agent who was only out for the highest price,
After agreeing a price and review / update of contract . I gave my availability on Friday but the agent decided not to agree a time to sign the contract until on the day ie Monday.
I have a full time job and got a WhatsApp saying meet at 12:30 to sign contract which I could no longer do as I had workshops with a client. I sent a couple of chaser WhatsApp and an email during breaks. No response.
I then got an email at 7pm from her saying it’s unfortunate I couldn’t make at 12:30 as she received a better offer that day for the owner.
Seriously?
