Description
I founded Curvalicious in 2016 soon after welcoming my third child. At the time, it had become apparent that fitness cannot be a temporary fix, rather a habitual lifestyle. Throughout my life, I had a sense of commitment to be fit. I tried every different fitness class at least once, those that worked and those that didn’t. It took years of trial and error until I succeeded in understanding what it takes to be fit.
I have hiked The Lost City of Petra carrying my son {15 kilos at the time] on my back both ways. I have climbed around the 1,200 flight of steps of Sigiria Rock in Sri Lanka and hiked to the top of Mount Batur in Bali.
I am not an athlete! My goal is to stay fit and strong, for myself and my family. I am fully committed to be the best version of me. No matter how many times I fall back, I will also push forward. That is life and I am ready for it.
