i asked for deep cleaning i bed room apartment.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. We agreed to start at 9 AM, but the first cleaner arrived at 9:45 AM without any professional tools for deep cleaning. After multiple calls and messages, they sent another cleaner at 11:45 AM, but she had no experience.

The company provided a small steaming unit and a nearly broken ladder that was unsafe to use. The cleaning chemicals were of very low quality. They promised to send a male cleaner to assist, but no one ever showed up.

My wife and I had to step in and help just to get things done faster. Throughout the process, the office team kept making excuses, delaying responses, and not being honest. They do not respect their commitments, and the entire experience was frustrating.

I deeply regret choosing this company and would not recommend their services.

Awful Painting Experience: NOT PROFESSIONAL

I am BEYOND UPSET & ANGRY throughout this entire experience. I have been in Dubai 7 years & I have never experienced such a painting company before. Fahad the owner whom is meant to advise correctly – never did from the beginning. He was only concerned to take the job on & take my money. I requested for my entire kitchen to be painted & asked them for their best advise. They did not remove the cubboards nor did they assess the type of wood before painting it. They advised that the entire time it would take would be 2 days – which is incorrect. The process took almost two weeks. They used water based paint which did not pick up on the wood & looked horrific. They then used a final coat of satin which has completely chipped everywhere & the finishing is awful. Splashes of paint were left all over the latches/kitchen tops/ some parts weren’t even painted. What made it worse was after I complained about how bad the work was done (sent videos & pictures)the owner did not even bother to visit & check the issues. If you are “experts” in painting how could you firstly wrongly advise on the paint & then on the approach – you should have advised to remove all & spray paint. How can you run a business this way when you can’t even help new customers with a solution – I did not want to see your workers again I wanted to see the person who originally promised me & I trusted with my home. I feel completely cheated & I will warn people to NOT USE THIS SERVICE. At every occasion they were late & could not remove the mishaps that were done. It is not a professional company & you can’t treat people this way with your awful communication & unprofessionalism. I now haveto spend more money to rectify what has been done. Veronica was the only one who was apologetic & advised solutions but the damage has been done & my kitchen is ruined

They agreed for the disinfectant services at 8am (it was a reschedule from their end from 2pm the previous day) but they never turned up. we called them multiple times and post that they stopped taking calls…Post corona its very diff To step out ,we still waited downstairs wid our 1 yr old baby in hot sun for them to come and do the disinfection..Finally they turned up at 9am
