Repainting and PDR

I had my car brought at CPC for a bumper repainting and door PDR service. The owner Ali, had laid a very promising detailed work that they will do, unfortunately for me i fell to this promise. When they returned my car, the paint is terrible, lot’s of bubble and paint cracks, the plastic trim has come off completely (i have to put it back myself), the spacing on the bumper is all messed up. The PDR, it still shows the dent, and even cracked the original paint. Really horrible work for the amount of money they charged me which is a couple of thousands. When they returned my car, the leather on the window has come off, must be from parking the car under the sun. Worst part is they insist me to pay in full.

They asked me to return the car and give them a day to fix things, turned out to be 3 days. And again when they returned the car, they only fix the gaps on the bumper and some scratches has been re-touched. The PDR has never been rectified and they said that this is the best it can go for PDR – contrary to their initial claim made by the owner Ali that they will make it look like it’s never been repainted.

The staff told me to call Ali on his number to report my concern, countless times i called his number 050 104 0453 and as active as he is before me agreeing to repair my car with them, now he never pick up my calls or answer my message in WhatsApp.

Last time i spoke to him was when i initially picked up my car and he was not even accommodating me when i brought my concern, while i was speaking with him, he picked up a call and just walk away and after the call then speak with other clients. When i call him, he picks up and then tells me he is receiving another call and will call back, and he never calls back. Now my money is gone and all i got is a terribly repaired car.

Stay away from this place. Their quality of work is extremely very poor and never fall for Ali’s promise, he will hang you dry like he did to me.
