Rude staff, unprofessional behavior, can’t work on hair that’s been processed before. It seems that they can only handle virgin hair or people with good hair genes 😂 Don’t bother.
They are reliable, therefore I asked them to manage my property. They are very helpful to clients and consumers, and they provide excellent service.

Balayage at copacabana ladies salon
I cant recommend this salon enough ! I had my first balayage and hair cut and im beyond satisfied and happy. Im don’t right reviews very often but the service was beyond expectations and i had to share this because i achieved my desirable hair color and cut just by showin the hairdresser a picture from google . AMAZING EXPERIENCE
I have been to many different salons around the world and i never expected a bad service like this here in Dubai. Zero starts for the salon, staff and specially the owner eho didnt care at all, just about the money.
I don’t recommend Copacabana Sallon in Dubai, the service was very bad because we didn’t speak the language. Worse, the service performed was terrible: in 2 days the color is fading and the hair extension that was placed fell out when the first hydration was done. It was lost money.
They ruined my hair and did not give back my money
They ruined my hair and did not give back my money, i told them i was going to write a review about that and even the owner of the salon did not care about it. I never expected a bad service like this here in Dubai. Be careful girls.
They lied about prices. They lied about service. They were not polite. Very bad customer service. They really didnt care about me at all. They promised to fix my hair but they ruined. The owner didn’t care at all when i spoke to him. They put hair extension on me and 2 days after they whole extension came off. I called owner again to at least give me my money back and he said no. Pls girls do not go there. Take a look on the pic i posted here.
