They email you everday every hour with threats of legal actions/travel ban. despite responding that I have the intention to repay them. As if Im talking to a wall. Doesnt agree on arrangement for payment terms.
I transferred 2346 AED to my mom but it has been 27 days they didn’t receive in indian bank the Indian bank staff show all the statement there is no transfer of this amount but when I sent them again 23 AED to checking its transfered in their account very fast. In these 27 days I feel very stress I always calling CBD customer service for the money back but they always saying that we are working on it. At least after 27 days I get back my money but only 2285.50 AED they deduct 60 AED I don’t know for what so I lost my 60 AED now I am afraid to transfer my money to anyone from CBD NET BANKING SYSTEM.. it was very bad experience.

I never write reviews, but I will, with constructive purpose and in the hope who ever is on charge of customer care of the bank does the job is payed for: provide customer care service. I have executed on the app an international transfer on May 17. On May 19 I call the bank because I saw the money was not deduced. On May 21 I went to the branch and raised a complain. On Monday 23 still all same. On Tuesday 24 I put another complain, then they deducted the money on 24th. Today is 26 of May, I have not received the email with the swift copy. I have called the bank and all I get is a verbal don’t worry is all ok. I find this far from a banking basic standard. I just opened the account and if this is gonna be a saga like this I better move my money to another bank. Because this bank holds the name Dubai, but service is far for what Dubai Stands.
I was interested in this credit card because I had heard nice things about it from my friends. It was delivered to me three days after I applied for it, and I received a 5% cashback when I tried it out at an online business!! What a wonderful card!
