I wanted to get one cappuccino from Coffee Planet of Outlet Mall branch at 9:36PM but saleslady said they are closed already. Buy the ways mall is open yet. I asked can I get one cappuccino, she said NO as machine was already cleaned. Why they clean machine so early then?

Bad coffee and bad service
I ordered a mocha with oat milk, and it was gross and watering and didn’t taste like mocha. I complained and they refused to make me a new one or give me a refund. I couldn’t drink it. Unbelievably bad customer service. So rude.
