Cocina Tres

Born from a deep dive into Mexico’s coastal soul, TRES is VKD Hospitality’s tribute to the bold beauty of Baja cuisine. After sourcing ingredients, furniture, and inspiration straight from Baja to Guadalajara and Mexico City, the team brought back more than just recipes — they brought back an attitude and vibe.

With handmade tortillas from imported heirloom corn, vivid Barragán-inspired interiors, and a relaxed  open-air energy overlooking the waterfront, TRES is a sun-soaked celebration of craft, color, and flavor with a true Mexican spirit.
