From the very beginning, the level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication shown by the entire team was truly remarkable. Their expertise, confidence, and attention to detail gave me great comfort and trust throughout the entire process. I am deeply grateful for the successful outcome and the care they provided.

Dr Habiba Dermatologist

I visited Dr. Habiba at CMC Hospital Dubai for a follow-up dermatology appointment. She carefully examined my moles and reassured me about the one I was most concerned about. At the same time, she identified two other suspicious spots early on, which was very important before they could develop into something more serious. The service was excellent — professional, thorough, and reassuring. I felt in very good hands and can highly recommend Dr. Habiba.

They didn’t take seriously urgency of the situation and their goal only to get how much they can from insurance and their customer service staffs is horrible.

Not organised
No transparency
They didn’t treat people as top urgency.
We requested to cancel their request for MRI prior leaving hospital and they didn’t submit cancellation abd I called them more than 25 times without getting direct to the point .
Customer service mentioned will call u back and they never call.

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently visited the hospital after being contacted four weeks ago, with promises of resolving insurance issues regarding my sleep apnea diagnosis. Despite paying 75 AED upfront, the doctor’s examination merely repeated previous questions, and it was revealed my insurance wouldn’t cover the needed sleep study. This feels like a waste of time and money, and the hospital’s credibility is questionable. I demand a refund and await management’s response before considering further action.

Knee surgery

I did knee surgery for my mother , as per Dr. Mohammed Qura , he said she will be fine and no more pains , I paid 26000 AED but after only 2 weeks knee pain comeback again with out any improvements and my mother still suffering. Be careful from these center and this doctor

Follow up on my insurance related problem

I would like here to show my gratitude and appreciation to Mr Hero ( Call centre staff member) who went beyond his duties , ( as a callcentre personnel) , and beyond my expectations, in assisting me , following up with nurse /insurance department/pharmacist, and keeping me informed for around a week time about every aspect of my insurance related difficulty. Hero is someone who cares about patients and treat them professionally but most importantly Humanly . Thank you Hero. I would also mention the nurse Tina at the Endocrinology department and the Pharmacist Aimy who were really friendly and helpful too.

No follow up on Brain tumor

My husband was diagnosed with a 2 cm brain tumor 2 weeks ago and since then no ENT nurse or doctor has been returning ours calls. After days of leaving messages at the operator, we went to Mediclinic Hospital. How bad does it get when a patient with such a serious matter gets ignored??? Previously my husband had also done an earing test in that same Clemenceau ENT service which had come out abnormal and we had encountered the exact same issue: complete silence from the medical team. I guess patients are just good to make appointments over and over and pay bills. Communication, patient consideration and follow-up are not part of their DNA. This place is scary when you have a serious illness!!

Horrible Hospital

They don’t even deserve a star. Most horrible place ever called hospital. Looks like an asylum or mental center. I was booked for 8am for general doctor, and I have the appointment confirmation on my phone, at the arrival no receptionist or nurse, I had to walk to other area receptionist to check in her name is Wafaa I guess she is the only one working as receptionist for the whole place, she was kind and patient with me at all the times. When I went back to family clinic, the Dr. Came to get me to his office, Dr. Gordon is very professional and very good doctor and I believe he is in the wrong place and he needs to move to better hospitals. Prior to getting in to his clinic there were no nurse assisting him, my blood pressure, weight and temperature were not check, so there is no prior checkup before entering the doctors clinic. When he asked for blood test, and we were at the reception area I felt pain to watch him running around like a headless chicken to get a nurse for me, finally he found other receptionist to assist me , a lady with a super mini skirt and high heels walks around like a queen of the place, however she didn’t even greeted me , treated me like a garbage, very arrogant, she gave me such a look and unwillingly ask me to go there pointing at Wafaa. I must say this that I have not have a word with her at all, and I don’t know why I deserved such a unkind treatment from her. She needs to dress professionally for a hospital and act professionally. However still no nurses around Wafaa trying to get a nurse well actually hunting for a nurse. She called the head of the nurse and when she arrive she asked when did I booked my appointment and if they were known to make sure to keep me a nurse at my arrival, i told her that I had a confirmed appointment. I felt so bad again as if I was booked for a saloon. I felt not good about this hospital and I told her about how I feel and left .This hospital can’t be trusted when it comes to life and heath matters. All above caused me such a great stress and mental breakdown.
I don’t advise anyone to go there.
P.S the hospital replies to comments copy paste wording, that proves how much they care.

Rhinoplasty

I went to Dr Raja Fakhoury and he knew exactly what I wanted to do before I even told him. He makes you feel very relaxed and he’s trustworthy. Very happy with my results and although I had a hard recovery he was always on the other end of the phone helping and advising me. Would fully recommend him.

No follow up & Careless

The purpose of my visit was to do Colonoscopy & Endoscopy. Did a stool test & 3 days passed where no one updated me. I had to go myself to get the result. this is when I did CT Scan where no update and/or report sent to me. I had to call after 3 days to get the report. After that I called twice on daily basis for 4 or 5 days asking to be called back to clarify the report for me, but no one did & I gave up after 5 days (not contacted till now)

CMC gave me with an incredible opportunity. In less than 15 minutes, I went to the ER and was directed to Dr. Nehmeh, an ENT. In his testing, Dr. Nehmeh appeared to be very thorough and meticulous. His final diagnosis and treatment plan were also correct.

Careless and unethical management

Very attentive nursing staff. But unfortunately worth highlighting the careless customer service and questionable management. I have been admitted unconscious through ambulance assistance after a car accident to the emergency. Noticed the next day after discharge that my earrings were missing. After checking with the emergency team they admitted having removed it for CT scan and from there they mysteriously disappeared. Management never even cared to call despite the regular follow ups always ending with a false promise to have it sorted and a call back the next morning.
After 10 days of relentless follow ups, very carelessly attended to by the management team, the answer war sorry yes we can’t find them or an explanation to how they disappeared but there is nothing we can do and no compensation will be made.
Well, valuables are the responsibility of the hospital in such case and it is basic protocol for hospitals to handle it ethically and responsibly and in case of such negligence and questionable circumstances, it is the hospital responsibility to figure it out and compensate for. Apparently Clemenceau management is way beyond caring about any regulations and protocols

Perfect ENT department

I was on a vacation in the UAE for two weeks. One day I felt a bad pain in my ears so I decided to book an appointment at this medical center as it was a recommendation from my friend who lives in the UAE. The experience was really amazing. The doctor was perfect and really professional. He diagnosed me with the correct right diagnosis and gave me a treatment that worked perfectly after one day only!
