Burgers. Ribs. Fajitas. It all started with a dream: to create a place you’d want to go and dine-in with family or hang out with good friends over a burger. For people who craved connection with family and friends, we were the only ones to offer a genuine Southwest spirit filled with positive energy.
Since then, we’ve boldly claimed our place in the restaurant universe. Today, you can find us everywhere in UAE and 32 different countries. We’re excited to be opening new locations in UAE and beyond. People around the globe love our Fresh Tex and Fresh Mex flavors, and the fun ways that we make every Guest feel special.

Recently dined at chillis, mirdiff city centre,it was my son’s b’day. Wanted chillis to wish him in their way but the waiter refused saying we did not bring the cake and chillis have no option to offer. Whereas we saw many emiratis ordering brownie and the staff were lighting a candle for them and wishing. We could have ordered same. Why this preferential treatment and bad customer service? We will never ever visit any chillis restaurant in future now. I am also planning to post this incident on social media. Totally disappointed and waste of money , food wasnt good too.

Food poisoning
Terrible night at Chillis when my family and I had dinner there, I started feeling nauseous after 2 hours and painful stomach pain. I had the worst night ever of vomiting and diarrhea and ended up in the ER in the morning. Very disappointing, shocked and upset with what happened. I would never forget the painful feeling I had! I also had to take sick leave and skip my work for 3 days!
