came with family; the other staff was leading us to the table; another lady stepped in, asking if it is ok — they serve russian food. I said its fine, we want to have coffee and desserts; suddenly she said “oh sorry, the tables are reserved and they confirmed; they are coming any minute..” trying to keep her apologetic smile. Such disrespect. Was it because of our nationality too????

Very poor front desk behaviors
9 minutes ago NEW Very poor front desk service. They have took my reservation and reserve my table. And when I came with my family within 9 minutes, they don’t have table they gave to other people. And above that, madam Aida is so rude for behaving to the client, no apologies nothing instead of asking our ID’s, unfortunately she doesn’t knew that we all are above 22. So i don’t recommend this place with family because of front desk behavior. Really I am very upset for my first experience like this.

Racist & nasty!
I came with my girlfriends from the USA, we were all nicely dressed, and I wanted to show them a great time because I was here three days ago with my bf who lives in Dubai. We purchased several bottles and food for over $1000. Because my friends are not white and Russian, they said they were “full” the hostess then proceeded to reject us and let in 2 other groups of people with no reservations. She looked them up and down and made them very uncomfortable. I don’t tolerate this type of behavior, especially when we are paying customers. It’s 2023, and we need to move on from racism. I feel terrible that I recommend a place to have an excellent time and get this treatment. It is unacceptable and very unprofessional, as all of my guests are multi-million dollar producers in real estate who deal with Russian clientele in the south Florida market. It left a terrible taste in my mouth. I don’t recommend it at all!!!!

Nice Atmosphere
Nice Russian restaurant with a very good service, food is very tasty, different choices of cocktails, shisha is very good (Russian Style). They have Karaoke but sometimes is quite boring, place looks little cheep also the type of people who frequent the place kind of “Indecent”, anyway still nice for chill !
