Service staff does not get the 10% Service fee on the invoices. I won’t go back.
The very professional and friendly service staff does NOT get the 10 % Service Charge we are paying on the bill. In order to understand the situation, I have followed up 4 times via email and never received a reply. I find this unprofessional. The meal was very nice, the service super friendly and professional however I wonder that the issue with the management is? Therefore I will NEVER go back to CELAVI with my groups, friends, business partners. We are lucky that we have plenty of other very good restaurants in Dubai.
