During my highschool and college days i was not very confident with my looks due to pimples and marks, dark spots and enlarged pores. I’ve tried creams and toners that could help reduce these skin issues but none of them helped me. So i just live with it for so may years until i found this Cavallo Clinic. I was advised to do a fractional co2 laser full face. After 3 sessions i noticed that my pimple marks were lessened and minimized my enlarged pores. I’ve been with different doctors since I come to Dubai but I can say that Dr. Alaa is the best one. She’s treating patients with love and care. I have spoken to Olimpia with regards to the treatment I am interested, she replied so rude, unprofessional, she has showed bad attitude towards customer. Also, she added its nasty to ask questions. Olimpia carmen is so unpleasant individual :(

Lazer Vein Treatment
I was very excited to see Olimpia to treat my spider veins… But everything went downhill from there. For the treatment, everything felt rushed. She told me I’d get best results with a few sessions, but of course I could expect to see some results from one session also. After the first session, I didn’t notice any change. She said I should wait two months, so I did. Still no results. I politely emailed her, and she replied with one of the rudest emailes I’ve ever seen. She refused to accept any responsiblity for the lack of results and berated me for emailing and making her write a response – rather then coming in person. She even said she was embarassed to have to explain herself to me. The photos I am posting here are after waiting two months, as she advised. I’ve had sclerotherapy before and it worked perfectly. I suggest you stay far away from this clinic and go for sclerotherapy somewhere else instead.
