Inexperienced supervisor and staff

Sls is known for its decor but was very disappointed with cleanliness and staff. Although I was told that we would get a 25% by telephone customer service for investors the supervisor Mohamed failed to acknowledge the 25% discount entitled and we had to pay full amount for drinks package of 395 per person. The marketing done by sls to investors saying there is a Accor membership card but never got one. The management needs to look into this and reply immediately for various factors mentioned above. Not impressed with food either!!

We had an esaad card, and we’re entitled to a 25% discount, we were 9 guest and they refused to give us the discount, stating it is allowed only for 6…and they gave us no discount on our total bill. Their behavior and customer service was pathetic, it left a bad taste and spoilt our bday celebration…we didn’t leave Carna having a happy feeling…infact we felt cheated.
