Very badly handled by the costumer service. I came to know during their inspection that there was a small issue with my car, that I though was in perfect conditions. So, I requested to hold the add for the car (that I had already paid) for a couple of days to be able to fix the issue, because I didn’t want to have it advertised with the related item pending. They were very inflexible and didn’t want even to reason a solution. The add had to go or I hade to cancel the service. So, I cancelled. I wonder they might have many costummers, so they feel like they can loose clients easy this way. I wish good luck for them but I don’t recommend their service.

Dealing with Carswitch was a horrible , misleading strenuous experience. Definitely not recommended.
I regret that I gave them authority to sell the car, the photos are very bad, the evaluated market price is above fair , and there older model then mine by 1 year asking same price they evaluated fair and my car is in a top condition.
