    Good idea , bad execution

    The company’s communication is not good & they did not lift a finger to help after making a mistake that put me in a bad position with my guest, they just ignore all messages & calls.
    I asked them to take a video of the flat, they agreed and then nothing. they quoted me an amount for renting beddings & amenities, I then booked their service to “install” what we had previously agreed, even double checking that they understood & they confirmed, only to show up at the apartment without the beddings and leaving me stranded with regards to the guests, ignoring calls because they were closed. I will never use them again.
