Brokers for the sale of a Boat

This company, that claims to be the biggest Brokerage company in yachts, were the Brokers of the boat i just bought.

They were not professional brokers; they were like the people that advertise a boat without even knowing the Legal situation of the boat. after we close the deal based on the trust that i was dealing with professional brokers, they know what they are doing, after i paid to them the Boat, at the moment of the registration, the boat was simple in ilegal conditions,( the Engines on the boat were not the engines on the documents of the boat and they were not even aware of that, when the previous owner confirm that send all the documents o them), on top of that their answer was they have nothing to do with that this should be another company and the previous owner to resolve it. Cost me time and money to resolve the situation, because when i made the complaint to them the answer was “sorry for any inconvenience”, but they did nothing they simple receive the money get their commission and disappear. i had the feeling that i was dealing with people with no experience and no sense of customer service and not serious. I Sincerely advise if any customer deal with this people, please make sure that they show you all the documents of the boat and never pay 100% before the Boat is inspected by the coast guard, otherwise will happen the same that happen to me! they receive the money selling a boat that is not legal to be certified (engine numbers not according to the certificate), and when you realize, they simple disappear, and it’s a nightmare to them to answer mails! this team were, unprofessional, not serious, and arrogant, not knowing what customer service and respect is.
Their sales representative did not know what he was doing, send me wrong information all the time, and his quality of service was really poor, his attitude was like he was selling some small product on Facebook! i can buy another boat but if this people are representing the seller, with them as brokers, never again i will make any business!
