19 Months and Still No Deposit Refund — Avoid This Agency

It has now been more than 19 months since we have been waiting for the return of our security deposit. Despite numerous follow-ups, the agency keeps making us wait, giving us vague answers and giving us the runaround.

Nineteen months to return a security deposit is completely unacceptable and shows an obvious lack of professionalism and seriousness.

What is even more concerning is that, based on the various reviews posted online, it appears that our experience may unfortunately not be an isolated case.

As far as we are concerned, this agency has completely lost our trust. We strongly advise against entrusting them with your property or your money. Do your research carefully before dealing with them, and seriously consider looking elsewhere.

Our experience has been simple: promises, follow-ups, waiting… and still no refund after more than 19 months.
