Fantastic Experience at BROWZ

I went to BROWZ for a treatment for the first time just two days ago, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in Dubai. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm, the team are very welcoming and helpful. They are a team of professionals. I got an eyelash lift and a brow lift. I am extremely happy with the results and I am definitely going back for touch up. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an unbeatable experience at a salon/clinic in Dubai

It is too expensive

This is not about customer experience, this is about pricing.
Dont go there, you can get same treatment at other places x10 cheaper. I was shocked when they were asking price for lip blush. You can basically get an aesthetic operation. You can go Brau instead.

Eye Brows

I had my eyebrows done yesterday at Browz by
Liz and I just wanted to say just how brilliant she was very professional and very precise. It’s the first time I’ve had anything like this done before and she explained the whole process to me, and she put me at ease. The level of care I received from all the staff was outstanding they were all so warm and friendly and I love my eyebrows now I highly recommend Browz thank you so much.

Re experience

The salon is great but the comments incompetence with staff is a joke . They cannot do the most basic of functions such as take or amend bookings every time I go here there is a nightmare process where they have booked me ONG he wrong day or the wrong therapist that’s if they are available and not transferred to Abu Dhabi or elsewhere it’s a complete joke for customer experience

Re Browz review

I love the Browz place and services it offers however the customer experience is a complete and utter mess. They cant even schedule appts correctly at which at the last minute they move it by an hour than the time they had already confirmed . Slow responses ie takes over 24 hours end to end to make a booking , staff keep changing and it seems staff are only paid based on clients they service . The entire business model is a mess which is a huge disappoint as the decor of the place and relaxing atmosphere shows that there was a lot of money invested to set this up. There is also no follow up customer reviews on experience and tbh I don’t think the Mgt cares enough to be bothered

the worse salon in the UAE

Not only their prices are more than double than any other salons in the UAE even some of the prestigious ones are not this high – the worse of all is that I have been treated less than a second class citizen for every appointment I have ever made in the salon. I kept going because the therapist kept telling me to forget about the drama but today i will never set foot again!! You need to go and learn about customer service – it is not all about the rich and the famous !!! You need to treat every single human the same! Totally disgusted in my 8 years in Dubai or any salons I have been to around the world I have never been treated this way in my entire life!!!! this doesnt deserve even 1 star!

Professional service, friendly staff and a good place to do your eyebrows. They are attentive and I particularly liked Tasleem. I was a loyal customer for many years but unfortunately they have doubled their prices and so I stopped going. Not worth paying AED 150 to get your eyebrows threaded!
