Professional Staff

Dear Bright Spark Managers,

I would like to share my experience from the time I received the notification that my car is being registered in your workshop for repairing because of the accident that happened to me as an affected party.

When I approached the garage in Al Qouz to get an update, I met your staff by name Mr. Joemy who was not just an employee but more than that.

I will never forget the moment when he approached me with broad smile and welcoming attitude where I felt very comfortable and safe as if I’m at home. Furthermore, he was updating me about my car’s status on daily basis until the job completed. He went extra mile and thought out of the box to resolve the issues or correct any comment when needed.

Thus, I would like to thank him for his customer service, professionalism, consistency, transparency and credibility. I believe that he is an asset to your company and a crucial key to retain your customers that because of him if my car needs anything; I will be choosing your garage as a number one.
I would be more than happy if you share my experience and feedback with all your employees as he was really a role model and representative for your esteemed company.
