    I ordered directly through WhatsApp and waited 1 hour 40 minutes for delivery. The biggest issue was not just the delay, but the lack of communication. No one informed me that the order would be late — I had to message them myself several times to ask where my food was. Only after I kept asking they mentioned there were not enough riders.
    Food may be good, but customer service and communication were disappointing. If there is a delay, customers should be updated proactively instead of having to chase for information.
