We paid 16,000AED for 3 months in advance, but kid didn’t want to attend kindergarten. We couldn’t convince her. We did ask to return some money back, but first Blossom didn’t replied for a long time and then said it is too late as per their T&C, as I understood. So, be careful with them, don’t pay before you are sure your kid will like it.

they admit sick kids and take advantage of some people
Blossom kindergarten which is located in Golden Mile Dubai was constantly accepting sick kids there. I reported to its director that I saw from my own eyes that their staff admitted a super sick child who was coughing like mad, but she told me that kindergarten nurses did not notice anything. I understand that they did not want to antagonize his mom by not taking him cause she had to go to the office but is it our problem?
My kids are very sick now and they have been super sick since they started to go there. Every time they return to this kindergarten after we treated them they got infected. We took them to the hospital every now and then to put them on intravenously. And now my older spn Daniel has been put in the hospital and we already spent several thousand dollars to treat him. My younger son is in a very bad condition too. They both have respiratory viruses.
Moreover this kindergarten will be closed on the 14th and then on the 17-20th, so my kids are not getting any service almost all October. In September they were sick too and they got this virus from this kindergarten as well. And I do not want to take them back cause their health worries me. So I asked for my money for the remaining days back 3 times already and was completely ignored!
What the director of this kindergarten said is that it is actually good that my kids are sick because this way they develop their immune system. What nonsense! I really don’t think we have to pay such a high price for developing their immune system.
Their staff obviously did not take all the necessary precautions to identify sick kids and send them home right away!
Moreover, my husband and I were asked to bring packs of diapers literally every 4 days! And later on I saw my diapers on the other kids. One day I was waiting in the queue in this kindergarten and another mom complained that she was expected to bring a pack of 36 diapers every 4-5 days and her only child doesn’t use that much! Apparently they were used for all other kids. Also according to the app used by a nursery called Little lives family my kids did not eat half of their food and it was never returned. Moreover they would come back home without their socks, knives and spoons. This is not professional and disappointing!
I spoke with my lawyer and he confirmed that this kindergarten should reimburse me but they do not want to do that! And they treat their consumers badly! I already submitted the complaint to the Dubai Economy Consumer Rights.

My toddler starting his educational and social development at this nursery and I really couldn’t be happier about the whole experience. The teachers are really well-experienced and have proper management, and very creative with activities. My kid is getting social and learning new things on a weekly basis.
