Very disappointed with this flower shop. The bouquet looked beautiful at first, but the flowers started wilting after just two days and were completely dead by the fourth. For such price and their reputation, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth it — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, shops next by your home offering much better quality flowers!

Poor Quality for value, and poorer customer service

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Bloom Box. The plants I received were of shockingly low quality—small and poorly maintained, yet the prices were sky-high. For what I paid, I expected a bigger and healthier looking plant.

To make matters worse, they have a strict no-returns policy, so when I tried to resolve this issue, customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Their way of fixing the situation was to replace the plant with an exact same one. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend Bloom Box to anyone looking for quality or customer support.

Over priced for bad quality

I was extremely disappointed since my flowers by the next day started to wilt and this is not the first time this has happened to me. On the second day the bouquet was looking very sad and I complained to them but they simply told me there’s nothing they could do even after telling them I would take my business elsewhere and I shared the pictures with them.

Never again

We recently ordered the medium-sized boxes, expecting them to be as described. However, we were disappointed to receive very small boxes instead. When we contacted the company to address this issue, they claimed that the size we received was indeed the medium size, which was quite misleading based on the product description and our expectations.

To make matters worse, when we took a closer look at the roses, we found that they were not fresh at all. The petals were wilted, and some even appeared to be turning brown. This was especially frustrating given that the flowers were meant to be a special gift, and the lack of freshness took away from the overall experience.

Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory. Not only was the product misrepresented in terms of size, but the quality of the roses was also subpar. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking fresh, high-quality flowers and accurate product descriptions.

Website lagging

Love the Flowers, beautiful bouquets. However the website is not the best, many mistakes, was trying to place and order for a day, didn’t succeed. It showed “stocks unavailable for the chosen city”. Was ordering in Dubai and tried many bouquets.
At the end ordered via WhatsApp, however the customer service is quite slow, it took me over an hour to order via WhatsApp. Asked for quicker delivery for free, as I had been trying to order for 12 hours and didn’t change the supplier, but they refused and asked to pay 30AED extra for my already big 550AED order.
I believe this is not the best customer service.

it is the day BEFORE eid. a day that people rush in. but the quality of the order Is absolutely horrendous. when we ordered, we ordered a “Dawn tall vase” -keep in mind that this is not the first time we ordered which was a very long time ago as we are a very loyal customer and the many times we’re beautiful.- and when it came the roses BEHIND the card which were hidden were small and dead (not in good condition) this in a normal standard is considered , A damaged vase. then we proceeded to talk to customers service which was absolutely mind boggling. we ended up absolutely nowhere with no refund nor a replacement. the guy who was ‘assisting’ us did not respect us nor our opinion and told us that the vase was taken a photo of before sent to us. they did not take a picture of the back of the vase. please bloomingbox, we get that they’re fasting and so are we! so many other people are fasting too and they still do their work to their best capacity. if you didn’t have enough good roses we would’ve understood because there are TONS of flower shops everywhere with better prices, larger flowers and a GOOD ATTITUDE. Come on bloomingbox, we expect MUCH better service and quality than this especially to a loyal customer. The quality was great. However it was a shame that birthday bundles were not available during the valentines and I had to go with a valentines bundle without a message on the cake for a birthday of a loved one which happens to be near valentines. I requested for a message on the cake and the said it’s impossible to that which is hilarious because the same cakes are available for the birthday bundles

Misleading pictures on their website

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend as a birthday gift. The flowers were poor quality and very small compared to the pictures. I was very embarrassed by them and when I complained they brushed me off and said that there was nothing they could do. Beware of this company, they are not what they used to be. Quality and customer service has gone down badly. What a shame really. Last time I will deal with them.

I ordered a medium sunflower bouquet for a friend and i was disappointed.

The medium sunflower bouquet I ordered was tiny with only 5 little sunflowers on it. I was so disappointed as it was delivered to my friend as a birthday gift and I was there as it arrived. Customer service was terrible also. They refused to change it and seeing as I have been a long time customer of theirs this is the last time I will order from them.

UNHELPFUL

One of client ordered for a surprise delivery bday gift today and I was following up the whereabout of the order, to ensure that it will be arrived before 5:30pm. Though delivery time stated between 4pm – 7pm. I was trying to negotiate if we can send our driver, as I’m not sure if the delivery will be arriving on or before 5:30pm. Maybe my Boss has a planned after office hours to celebrate his bday with his love ones. The customer service is not that helpful in my concern, even I offer a pick-up noting that the delivery charge is 115AED coz maybe my Boss will on or before 6pm. And there is no way to know the whereabout of the delivery guy. As a customer, we are expecting a friendly, flexibility , quick assistance and solution on this matter as the concern is valid but nothing is provided even I offer a pick-up. Service is so frustrating and disappointing! Would have appreciate if they offer at least some solution or accept my alternative solution.

I made an order on the 8th Feb for Valentine’s Day for my wife and it was not delivered. I spent an hour just trying to reach someone only to be told they won’t be able to deliver. Why on earth would you take up the orders if you do not have a capacity to execute!
