I’ve never met a clinic that doesn’t finish their job. I’ve went to many clinic they finish the whole face of extraction then I leave. This experience is so bad as my face wasn’t fully extracted. What a bad clinic. Also people were just entering my room normally. No peace or anything.

All staff members are friendly and professional, especially Reshma, she is very attentive, and delicate and will make you feel comfortable at all times.

Botox for underarm Sweating

On my first appointment for underarm botox, the doctor was so late that the numbing cream didn’t work at all, and it was so painful that I had to bear. Then after 3months, the injection didn’t last and I had to reschedule with them again. We talked by phone call and whatsapp. They confirmed that I should make a “touch up” appointment with them. It will cost only AED250. Not just 1 confirmation but 3 times. I confirmed with them 3 times. Then the date came, they put the numbing cream again and I advised them to notify the doctor not to be late so I wont be feeling the same way I had to deal before. 35mins after they put the numbing cream, they just told me that they will be doing a full injection and not a “touch up” coz it has been 4 months after my first appointment. They told me I should be paying AED900+ but since they were wrong, they will just collect AED750 only from me. I got a little bit upset for their professionalism and asked them why didn’t they told me before they put the numbing cream. I was shocked at the moment. For 35mins I had the numbing cream on my armpit but no one told me that I need to do the full injection again. I then answered them that I just had confirmations with their team 3 times for the touch up. I told them that they need to check their whatsapp to see the conversation I had with them. So I assume it should be a touch up only. Then again, they explained to me again and I told them, that money is not the problem. The service that you are having is the problem. I told them I will just move to other clinic because of their professionalism. After telling it to them, they just decided to let me continue the service, having to pay only AED250 and saying that the injection will be less than the usual. Of course it’s not okay with me that the injections will be less, what’s the point of doing touch up if you will not get the benefit of it? Then the doctor came and explain that the injection will not be compromised. She said it’s normal for people to be wrong sometimes. I agreed on that but this is too much. First, I had a conversation with them 3 times and they assured me it’s touch up, second, no one told me when ai was on reception area, or even before they put the numbing cream, and now telling me differently. Third, I was confused with what she (the doctor) said and what the other lady staffs were telling me about the less/ not less injection so I decided not to continue the service with them and will not go ever again. This clinic is unbelievable.

The most terrible experience

The most terrible and irresponsible service. Bought by offer “Full face Botox treatment”. Doctor promised, that all results will be complete visible after two weeks. If something still will not be fixed, than I can come after two weeks for touch up. Three weeks passed and I still couldn’t see any results. I complained to the clinic, they made an appointment for me several times for correction, then they rescheduled me, then the doctor left, then she got sick, and in the end they promised to make an appointment again, but so far no one has gotten in touch. Don’t waste your money, time and nerves.

I visited the clinic to get fat melting injections (lemon bottle), had a quick consultation with the director who showed me a misleading picture for the 100ml package, which i ended up taking

The case of the person in the picture was far more extreme than mine, the after was amazing tho, so obviously i fell for it

Im tall and weight is 63kg, its not like im an extreme case, i had a bit of fat in my tummy like any average person that i wanted to get rid of of but ended up wasting my money and time

During the 1st session the doctor made some unprofessional comments about how i have hair loss when i didn’t ask…

Fast forward to the second session (1 week apart from the 1st) i dont see any slight change but i have hope, the phone kept ringing the entire session, it was somebody who came late for his/her appointment but still wanted to go in ASAP, and the reception staff was entertaining his request by calling every 5min not respecting that there is another customer who came to his appointment on time (me), the job was rushed and wasn’t very happy about how the session went

3rd session exact same issue with the phone ringing from reception for the exact same matter, i had a chat with the doctor telling her how i don’t see any difference and we compared the pictures from 2nd and 3rd sessions and she goes « do you exercise ? »
Maam if i wanted to exercise i would pay a gym membership not 8k :)
I understand exercise is important to maintain the results but there was no results to begin with..

I still have an EMS treatment paid for, obviously i dont want to go back again so I tried to get a refund, nothing, not even a phone call

Post Procedure Care

My wife was most unfortunate to have visited Bionix Clinic. As per my google review she experienced severe pain which was worsening by the day.
The clinic when contacted brushed the pain symptoms off and said the Doctor who did the procedure was on leave and shall advise her on return to work.
Well the pain continued and she sought advise from another hospital where she was admitted and had to undergo surgery for drainage of a multi loculated abscess and were treated with Intravenous antibiotics.
If she waited for the Bionix clinic to guide her she would have ended up in fulminatin Septiciemia.
The Bionix clinic when contacted did offer to compesate though not reflecting on what my wife had gone through and therefore I rejected their offer.
I do personally think if patient care supposedly ends once the procedure is completed and paid for, is quite dangerous to anyone having to this clinic.
The management do need to realise that mismanagement of care will ultimately lead to further treatment and costs, not underestimating the immense trauma my wife is still undergoing due to the negligence of the clinics.
I plan on.
I am in the process of finalizing my documentation and evidence to submit to MOHAP and DHA.
I can share all documentation and photos to anyone interested.
