Online order and delivery

Zero stars. Avoid.

The worst customer service and delivery experience I’ve ever had! Placed two separate orders on Dec 28, and their website clearly stated “next day delivery.” Called them 5 times on Dec 29th. Each time my call went through, the same agent kept promising that my order would be delivered that same day.

They even claimed that the delivery driver had tried to call me and that I didn’t answer, which was completely false! no one called or messaged me at all. Then at 9:30 PM, I was told they no longer deliver at that hour, which made no sense because during an earlier call they said the driver was already in my area.

On Dec 30, I received only one of the two packages. The call center agent said he would call me back regarding the missing item, but he never did. Tomorrow is already Dec 31. That’s three days after I placed my order, despite their promise of next day delivery.

This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I expect immediate resolution, delivery of the missing item, and a proper explanation. Not recommended. At all.
