The staff, instructors and coordination were very helpful. Wonderful result 😊😊😊😊 !!!

A big thank you specially to instructor Mr. Badraldeen Abdllh from the Head Office branch – he was extremely helpful, approachable, professional and supportive throughout the on road practical test sessions. He made sure all aspects of the road and handbook were covered, corrected all my mistakes and guided me whenever I asked any questions. The professionalism and prompt effective communication made the entire journey smooth and stress-free, and I got my license at the first try.

Highly recommend Driving School

It was an overwhelming experience yesterday when I finally got my driving license! I had been stuck with my previous driving school for a long time, and it caused me a lot of frustration. I was hesitant to enroll again in a new school, but with Mr. Reynaldo Lanuza’s guidance, he made me feel confident that Bin Yaber Driving School was the right choice for me—and he didn’t let me down.
My experience with Bin Yaber was truly amazing. Within just one month, I was able to complete my two pending RTA tests. I passed both the RTA parking and the RTA road test on the first attempt!

Pathetic customer service

I have been trying to get in touch with a human with this institute in Oud Mehta for a long time I don’t understand y they don’t have a proper customer care with responsible people working. I have sent so many messages on whatsapp but its read and not replied. When it’s comes to payments there are ready to take it in advance but no customer service at all that’s what I have observed in this center which is bad. I would recommend all of the new comers there are so many better institute in Dubai and please do not join this institute. I met a person named Sharook in Karama who gave me lot of hopes and big talks after paying the whole amount he is not bothered to answer my call as he is a sales person and will give you sweet talks to kar peoples money. Moreover the staff does not answer your calls if needed. Very disappointing

I had a good experience with madam Jennifer TAZOR and most examiners we’re motivating.But the rest of the team were horrible they canceled my exam text due to rain it’s understandable but again am on unlimited they wanted me to pay on the mistake they did yet how will someone go without the last 4hrs classes.The customer service team at the head office kept on lying to me as a kid that tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow.If you call them they are saying they are not the department to handle it.Wasted my time and taxi going all the way to Al ruwaya and nothing done.When someone has paid unlimited why making all the drama of payment yet so many students were complaining on the same haram

The worse customer service in H.O. Fadul

They have the worst customer service in Head Office Fadul, who never responds to any calls and texts. They scam you by forcing you to pay for fake promo information and never respond you after. Had to deal even with the most rude salesman Muhammad Harris. Unprofessional service at all!

I call before reach office they me give noc and refund same day after reaching when I get my noc then they change statement accounts department change statement they told me for refund it will take 5 days then I. Complaint to customer care then care manager take responsibility for refund he told took my direct number and he will my refund in 5 days I said ok but after 5 days I trying his call number is switched off then call again to customer care they told me it will take 15 days I don’t know I met every department in institute every one changing there statement they also don’t know the policy of company just giving false commitment and I m struggling for my money more then one week and don’t know how much more I have to struggle

The worst experience ever

It’s been 8 months now I don’t seem to get my license, they can’t assign one good instructor, they change each class and if you ask to assign one they say they all are busy. All of them say different things and don’t have skills to teach, the operator lady books a test and when I went for a test turned out to be there’s no test, they ask you to come for the test at 6:30 am but the test starts at 9:30am.A huge dissatisfaction with this school

I had a fantastic experience with Bin Yabir Driving School in Jabal Ali, Dubai. Mr. Zaki at Ibn Battuta Mall was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my learning process. His guidance and support made the entire experience positive, and I highly appreciate his professionalism. Bin Yabir Driving School, with dedicated individuals like Mr. Zaki, ,is definitely a great choice for anyone looking to learn driving in Dubai. I extend my sincere thanks to my driving instructors, especially Mr. Hashim, Mr. Aashiq, and Mr. Zohaib, for their valuable guidance and support. I appreciate the efforts of all my instructors and examiners, except for one individual, Mr. Akram. Despite this, I am disappointed with the assessment conducted by Mr. Akram during my internal parking test. Despite my best efforts, I failed twice due to an overly stringent evaluation. Mr. Akram’s insistence on a minor infringement, where only my car bumper slightly passed the angle parking line, resulted in a failure.

The inflexibility displayed by Mr. Akram is disheartening, especially considering the impact it had on my confidence. This minor lapse, which did not compromise safety or hinder the overall maneuver, should not have led to such a harsh judgment.

I believe fair and constructive evaluations are essential for a positive learning experience. Unfortunately, Mr. Akram’s approach has left me feeling demoralized and frustrated. I hope my feedback is taken into consideration for the improvement of the assessment process.

Overall, my experience with Mr. Akram has been disappointing, and I question the fairness of the evaluation criteria applied during my internal parking test.
overall, the team’s dedication and professionalism at Bin Yabir Driving School have contributed significantly to my positive learning experience.

My husband is having a file with school and he is always struggling to get his booking for his class and tests. Even we call so many time email them but thier Jabl Ali branch booking team never care about it they always giving false info and wasting your time. Accident by the driver during pick up

On 30 May 2023, while the driver picked me up from my house to the class I met with an accident when the driver hit the side wall of the road due to his absolute negligence – he was just scrolling thru his mobile. The accident place can still validate how negligent he was, as it was a completely free road, non- peak time(12-12.15pm) near Danube metro station.
And I suffered a hit on my rear side of my left ear sitting at the rear seat and faced the pain and trauma for almost 3-4 weeks running to hospital for checkups etc .,
And, the school is completely disappointing because till now they haven’t even informed me of the actions taken against the driver and also till now they haven’t even paid my hospital expenses incurred. It’s been almost 4 months since I’ve submitted all the receipts but still now haven’t received any amount from them

They’re absolutely unprofessional not just because of the above incidents, but also few drivers following wrong routes while pickup/drop to the school few times and even after raising this to the authority no actions were taken.

I would completely not recommend this school to anyone.

Our learning period is 3 months but if you fail 1 time they will give 2 months waiting period for 4 classes . I take unlimited package and I am fail in assessment test and they give me 2 months waiting periods . Unbelievable and i send mail to care but they replied wait . Worst place ever

Don’t even think of going to bin yaber.
Waste of money and time.
They were used to be good and recently they have turned up to be one one of the worst.
Unless you are in their lump sum package they will try to fail you from their internal exams.
I experienced it and many students too.

Fake, Fraudulent and waste of time are the words.
they will make you pay and fight with you even when you have already paid. They will force you to pay twice. The lie about free transportation..they have disabled google reviews now but when i enrolled I saw a lot of fake reviews and fell in trap.Save yourself and go to Belhasa or any reputed schools. I wasted 8000 aed and transfered my file to Belhasa. they wont book your RTA test unless you keep doing follow ups..

Rescheduling class

I called to reschedule class due to my work demand i was answered by Abudulla at 10:45 am call duration 3 minutes i had called earlier and he told me i will receive a call after 10:45 and i told him i have bad network reception in my building even, 10:45 no one called i called amd the same person answered telling me i dont understand english which i am pretty sure i inderstood what he said he told me he tried to help me now i have to wait 48 hours which is company policy i dont know which policy is that when they wanted me to join they said 24 hours prior to your class you can reschedule at easy with customer service but seems misleading information after all i dont believe he will be help me as he will be doing his job which i paid service for very disapointed since i started everyone was professional and helpful i dont know what has changed

My experience

I would like to thanks first the booking sweet girl Ms Maryam,who is ever helpful and polite and smiling.
Now my full thanks to many instructors but with special highlight to Ms EVA ,she was the one I needed .I mean a strong headed person who thought that she is good at driving but Ms Eva very firmly would bang the right concept into my brain and believe her words they are exactly what the examiner comes out with .some may consider her strict but I really need an instructor like her and I liked the way she mended my skills .
The last two hrs of my sincere thanks goes to Ms Zeinab coz she gave me some quick last min tips that really helped me.
So all thanks to the bunch of teachers who taught me that includes Ms Asma and sorry forgot other name.
The drivers too are good ,they were really good to me.Transport team Ms Munir too very nice.
Although some glitches are there in the system but on the whole it was a good experience.

I Sakshi Mendiratta ,ex employee of Bin Yaber Driving Institute for the period of 6 months and I resigned after that. Due to my anger because of a completely personal matter, I wrote that post which was untrue and I made the whole thing up, bin yaber driving institute treated me professionally during my period of work, and even when resigning I received all my dues and still after I abused them with my post, they withdrew the complaint out of their good intentions. I would like to apologize to Bin Yaber Driving Institute about my abuse and accusing them wrongly and I would like to also apologize to Mr. Jaber Mr. Mustafa Mr. Jamal Mr. AlHafiz Mr. Shehzan What i said about them was not true at all and it was a result of unnecessary anger from my part. The instructor Humayun Khan is very friendly and teach the smallest details that you have never know about it.

POOR SERVICE BIN YABER DRIVING SCHOOL

The school is very far and you need their paid transportation but even if you pay they tell you to come on your own or make you wait 2h in the school to drop you. Let’s not talk when they make you stay 2h in the transportation on the way going and 2h on the way back even if your house is 20 min distance. You waist minimum 6h of your day only for transport. Completely poor service from transportation and booking team in this school. Don’t waist your time going there.

My Driving experience for Dubai License [Auto]

My initial experience when I got to drive Auto vehicle was great. Just a though that parking test should have more classes as standard instead of just 2. In between they shifted many instructors, which can be improved.

My driving experience was enhanced with last 2 instructors who were experienced and their instructions helped me pass my final test.
Rashid Rehman instructor – Well behaved, knowledgeable and keeps training sessions fun.
My last instructor – only had last 1 day with him but he was also crisp on details, very helpful in suggestions/guidance.
I would recommend these 2 instructors to all my friends who are new here and planning to get a license.

Overall had ups and downs but was interesting journey towards obtaining driving license.

MUSTAFA – HIS TEAM ( SHEHZAN, ALHAFIZ)- THEY ARE ONE MASTERMIND WHO KNOW HOW TO MANIPULATE PEOPLE AND MAKE FALSE PROMISES TO AN EXTENT THAT PEOPLE REGRET TO TRUST THE SCHOOL.
He also get the students pass from RTA if you pay extra to him.
BE READY TO LOOSE YOUR POCKETS TO GET THE BOOKINGS ON TIME otherwise KEEP CALLING THEIR 800293 and be ready to be IGNORED.
I myself used to raise concerns for our customers to which the management started MOLESTING ME MENTALLY and advised to keep my mouth shut.
I was pressurised FOR BEING A GOOD EMPLOYEE to a level by the HR & ADMIN head JAMAL MOHIDEEN that I wanted to commit suicide.
He made me isolated and work in a room as a punishment because I used to raise complaints and write to CEO on behalf of the customers.
He advised me to keep my mouth shut and work quitely for just my wages.
I was also informed by the internal audit team that he makes false reports and submits to RTA just to showcase that the management is following their norms.
He made policies for staff who are against humanity.
He makes you work under tremendous pressure but prefers to ignore you when you talk for your rights.
DON’T GET FASCINATED BY THE BIG FACILITY. OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE THE REAL PICTURE.
