I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly request the release of my April payment. While it has been mentioned that May did not see strong sales, it is important to acknowledge that April performed well. It’s neither fair nor accurate to place the blame solely on the floor staff for the recent decline. Since the beginning of May, we’ve received very few inquiries through the website — often no more than two a day. Additionally, all CRM platforms including OpenTable, Zomato, and SevenRooms show little to no activity. Concierge, tour guides and EasyRSV are currently marked as unpaid, leading to dissatisfaction among the concierge teams.

At the operational level, there is a lack of visible leadership, no clear summer strategy or promotional packages, and limited accountability.

These are management-related issues, not failures of the staff. Despite these challenges, our team continues to handle what comes our way professionally and often goes the extra mile. It’s frustrating to see the blame shifted onto staff while payments remain pending. This approach is not supportive — it’s demoralizing. We urge you to reconsider and support your team by issuing the pending April payment. Thank you for your understanding.
