VERY POOR SERVICE AND BUNCH OF INEFFICIENT STAFF

I had a very disappointing experience with Betterhomes. Communication was consistently poor, and despite multiple follow-ups, my concerns regarding a contract termination and deposit return were ignored for weeks. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Unethical, would hold on properties to make you pay more

While this company might be owners-oriented, their agent did behave unethically by lying certain property is purchased, but still keeping the listings open on their website. I have reached to customer service multiple times without any success. They rejected even talking with their manager.

You can confidently presume that any approve review are either by the owners or fake

Avoid this real estate agency

Don’t recommend you this real estate agency at all. Their main goal is to rent out the house and after that they will simply forget about good customer service.

We had few issues with apartment we rented through them, only after moving in we found out that some items doesn’t work at all and all their response was we don’t check anything inside of the house, all we do is just put house on listing and that’s all. So before renting from them check all the appliances, in our case oven wasn’t serviceable (also there was some issues with leaking water in bathroom and clocked drain).
Also during viewing there was no dewa in apartment so there was no way to check if oven was serviceable or not. So before signing contract with them, make sure to check everything.

One of their agent also did miscommunication with our current landlord, and because of that we had multiple issues. After addressing what their employee did, the answer simply was “she is not your assistant”. Level of customer service is really poor. Instead of making things work, they just blame tenants.

For sure will avoid them and will never recommend my friends.

Másters un incompetence.

Never, I repeat never use these clowns! I’ve been forced into using Betterhomes by their equally inept partner’s FAB bank for mortgage reasons.

One particular guy (Luke Fernandez ) is completely out of his depth! One screw up after another, deal with the guy and you’ll see what I mean., I have no idea how he’s still employed? Perhaps Betterhomes think that he epitomises what the represent. I have all email communication with these people, they are pathetic, incompetent and a total waste of time. They’re only interested in taking your money and going nothing in exchange.

I hope they don’t represent how business is conducted in The UAE.

I am very happy with Sasa, whose service was exceptional while he handled rentals for my apartment over the last 18 months. He responds quickly to messages, and I was pleased with his service.

Better Homes has been managing my property for the past 12 years or so. They are very reliable and professional in their dealings. I am very impressed with Sasa who was dealing with rentals of my flat for the past 18 months and his service was excellent. He is prompt in communicating and I was very happy with his service.

Pretty repulsive

We have used Betterhomes on a previous occasion and found them to be on the ball, attentive and professional,we even recommended them to our friends, I’m not sure what has changed but our last stay at one of their rentals in DAMAC hills was a pretty horrendous experience, we stayed from 02 March until 13th.
I’ve attached photos so that any reader of this review can make their own minds up as to whether the apartment was of an acceptable standard…
Upon arrival we discovered no mattress or pillow protectors and upon the bare mattress we discovered what looked like human waste! Obviously now a little concerned we looked around the apartment further, it very much looked as if this apartment had not been cleaned for a very, very long time. The list gives an inkling: the cooker was filthy, surrounding the cooker was black with soot (from the cooker), deep dust everywhere, hair in the bathroom draws, all cupboards filthy.
All reported to Betterhomes, upon arrival the ‘cleaning’ team couldn’t see a problem, and we’re argumentative. They gave it a cursory going over and left…still filthy, so we cleaned the apartment ourselves.
No apologies for the state of the apartment, we did lose a card key and were billed quite an extortionate amount for.
We will not be using them again and anyone thinking of doing so should also think hard.

I had the most pleasant convenient easy and trouble free experience wir better homes and their representative Daniella.
They took care of everything for me while I was sitting back home in cairo few thousand KM away. I came and my air was fully furnished equipped and ready to move in and rent. The furnishing is excellent and almost missing nothing

Helpful chatbot

I opened the website to check the properties available either for rent or sale. I talked to their chatbot, it is really responsive and so informative. The person who was talking to me replied to all my questions immediately including the prices of the properties also. I just tried to know is there any negotiation regarding the prices as I see that the prices are a little bit high but he said that no negotiation. Regardless of the prices of the properties, they’re having really unique properties.
