Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. My mother and I came to do our hair. My mother wanted to touch up her roots. Keep in my that her natural hair color is light brown , however the hairdresser decided to touch up her roots with a way darker shade. Now my mother’s hair looks darker in the roots and so much lighter in the rest of the hair. Additionally, I asked for a face framing with a specific color ( chocolate brown) and to touch up the old color of my hair. The hairdresser said that my hair was too damaged and that I can only do the face framing. I agreed and it was so unprofessionally done and didn’t respect the color at all. Instead of making it chocolate brown she only just bleached the hair. Finally I asked them for a refund they didn’t agree at all.
I used their services and had a great time with them; they were professional and provided excellent service.
