Bad treatment of an employee

One of the employees behaviour toward me was disrespectful and unprofessional. After the incident, she continued to walk past me, giving unpleasant and hostile looks, which felt very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any action being taken by management to address this issue.

I believe this situation needs to be addressed by having an open conversation with Hooda and setting clear expectations for respectful workplace conduct. Management could also consider providing training on professional behaviour to prevent future incidents.

They gave me the wrong treatment . Even though I asked them what I feel and what I need . But they gave me wrong treatment and asked me to pay and come back if I still have pain to do another treatment. Absolutely waste of time and money

I would have give it a 5 star but unfortunately the front desk did not recorded my payment package which i purchase for laser treatment. I only manage to find out today. Sophia the front desk who only work for 2 months was very helpful trying to resolve my situation. Another issue is miscommunication between the person making booking who call a few time taking wrong booking dates and name a couple of time over the last few months. Sophia assit to resovlve this issue. As for the therapist Mr Mark was accomodating and very professional. I took 3 different kind of package with Bella visio. Laser treatment for my wife, laser treatment for myself and braces for my daughter. All therapist and dentist are excellent. But front desk has some room for improvement

If your time so precious this place not yours or you need to argue with reception multiple times till they understand how much important for you to start and finish on time.
I had to wait every time for 15 minutes minimum and no one feels bad for that from the team.
Add to that the machine can easily stop during the procedure and the therapist will easily leave you on the table to refill the gas or ask for help from other staff.
Some of the therapists nice and welcoming but I will not recommend Catherine as she is unprofessional,ignoring questions or requests,can easily injure you while shaving without any excuses,was my worse experience even I needed to ask her for fucidin cream because of injuries which she caused ,which should must to apply without request.
