Items shipped not received in home country – no update

horrible quotation they took more once items collected. They mentioned would be received in home country within 22 days but its now almost a month and all their contact information no one is providing me with an update. Super rude in their replies and refusing to give me a managers number to speak to. Escalating this soon.

THIEVES/ LIARS/ DONT TRUST THEM.

I SENT ALL MY 7 YEARS OF LIVING IN UAE CARGO WITH THIS COMPANY AND I NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING SINCE APRIL. THESE ARE ALL FAKE REVIEWS, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BOXES AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM AGAING. I GET BOUNCED FROM AN AGENT TO ANOTHER AND NONE OF THEM CAN GIVE ME ANY INFO ON THE LOCATION OF THE BOXES TILL NOW. I LOST A LOT OF VALUABLES AND I PRAY TO GOD THAT THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.. I SWEAR NONE OF THIS IS A LIE.. IM WRITING THIS AND IM HOPING NO WILL EVER HAVE TO FEEL LIKE THEY MADE ME FEEL,.. CHEATED AND PLAYED.
