Battmobile is the worst and they are extremely dishonest

They say 30 minutes we’ll be there, they come after 2 hours. I ask for battery replacement he pushes Varta on me when I asked for Bosch, and tells me they are the same price and varta has longer warranty. After he installed it I asked about the price, he tells me 750AED for 12v 70Ah battery. I check online and it’s around 450 for the Bosch and other vendors I call, they say they don’t sell Varta because of customers complaints. very dishonest and bad service.

Salesman lied to me about the make of battery they where giving me. They say calls are recorded but they lied when I asked for the recording. They are rude and arrogant. I don’t trust them.

DO NOT ADHERE TO WARRANTY

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I bought a battery less than a year ago. When installed I was given this invoice that shows I have 1year warranty. The battery completely failed and now Batt Mobile are saying in order to claim the warranty, I have to show them a “WARRANTY CARD” which was not given to me. Why would I keep a receipt for almost ONE YEAR and throw away a WARRANTY CARD? Because I never received any such thing. Now they refuse to uphold the warranty??? STAY AWAY!! Buy your car battery from a trusted source instead.

Very bad experience

I wish there was less than one star.
Battery installed in the car does not match what they said they will install, they installed 80AH instead of 100AH. However they charged the same amount of money.
Technician refused to say the battery manufacturing date.. after i checked myself i found it to be December 2020! Very old battery!!
To make things worse i found a bigg scratch on the car and the technician said he does not know about it! I cant be sure 100% if it was him hitting the car by mistake with the battery or not.. but i am sure the scratch was not there this morning… never again.. it was a mistake calling this company.

Oil Change

Their process for an engine oil change is flawed. Sucking the oil out from the dipstick instead of draining and flushing through properly from the engine sump plug does not remove all dirt and particles at the lowest point of the sump; and with the engine then void of oil; driving the car onto two ramps to gain access to the oil filter, means the engine was started and operated with zero oil!

After replacing the engine oil and filter; the surplus / split oil left on the engine sump guard then proceeded to drip onto my garage floor for the next few days!

Good idea but some attention to detail required.

Battery Replacement

I had replaced the battery in the month of May 2021 and it was flat this morning. Managed to jump start and kept running for a couple of hours. In the evening around 6:15pm the car refused to start. Flat battery. Called Battmobile and received a free replacement. Mr Yassir was very friendly and efficient. Within 10 minutes the battery was replaced. I recommend Battmobile for their service and efficiency. Thank you Mr Yassir.
